Very nice house on the river. we will be renting again next year. Did have a power outage for a few hours, but house was equipped with flash lights and lantern, so no big deal.

Lovely Getaway

We had a wonderful time, making sweet memories with our family. The house is super cute with an amazing backyard and came with kayaks, and it was right on the river, which made it even more magical.

Perfect Staycation!!

We had such a great time! So much to do on the property and other activities all within walking distance. We had a group of teenage boys and they fished, kayaked, played ping pong, hot tub, and ate all weekend!We had a nice family dinner the last evening. I’m sipping coffee on the dock on the river right now soaking in the last hour of this tranquil place.Thank you, Lily Pad for such a wonderful time!

The Lily Pad is magical, and it does not disappoint! Wide open windows, redwoods and the river. Growing up in Sevastopol, my husband and I both felt like he is kids if we could go out to the river for an afternoon. Getting to spend leisurely days on the dock, paddling the kayaks down to Johnson’s Beach for lunch at the snack bar, and watching a little birds in the morning, swoop up and down the river looking for breakfast as we drink our coffee on the dock is heaven. This is the second this is our second time at the Lili pad, and we will definitely be back!

Great riverfront location!

We enjoyed all of the amenities this property had to offer! Sitting on the dock in the evening and watching the fish jump in the river was so relaxing! Great house for families. Close to restaurants and beaches.

Great family getaway

My family of 4 had a great time here - we walked to downtown Guerneville, as well as nearby playground and mini-golf, and enjoyed the riverfront dock. We will come again.

Lovely spot with considerate touches

Perfect location! It felt quiet and secluded, yet was walking distance to downtown Guerneville. Snacks and even dog treats/poop bags/toys were provided. The fire pit out back is great for s'mores. We loved our stay.

Relaxing home

Enjoyed relaxing in front of the fireplace and walking into town for lunch/dinner. Would love to go back during the summer to take utilize the fire pit and deck on the river.

A stay among the Redwoods

Upon first impressions, the house was spacious and inviting. The inside was clean and comfortable, and the back deck had an amazing view of the ridge and two huge redwood trees flanking each side. Our families enjoyed the big open grassy area and the small pool and slide for the kids as well. It was a short drive or walk to the town to grab coffee, groceries, or dinner. A great place for a getaway from the city!

The perfect river house

We had an amazing stay! The location is ideal. We hung out on the dock and played in the water the entire time. Our kids loved playing frisbee in the backyard and splashing around in the sprinkler. When it was time to eat, we just walked across the bridge. 10/10. Would highly recommend!

Great riverfront oasis

We found the Lily Pad on VRBO and it looked like a great spring Break get away for the family! We were not disappointed! Great river access, tons of space in the yard, and the kitchen was very well equipped. House was very clean and comfy! Just bummed it’s booked for most of the summer already.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent over 8 days here last Christmas. Had a great time living there and exploring the area.The owner has done a great job of stocking the place (kitchen, pantry etc) and actually make it functional. The game room was also quite fun too! I was pleasantly surprised by the checkout procedure. It was the easiest of anything I have experienced in vacation rentals. There was not not much for us to do except take our stuff and lock the door.

Overall a great stay. The house itself could use a bit of love and care. You definitely know you're in a rental. Though, for the most part it was clean and comfortable.
