Get ready for sand and sun! 3 minutes from the beach, this house has it all! Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards. Near the cruise port, beach, convention center, Strand shopping, Moody Gardens and restaurants. Enjoy the sea breeze from your private balcony. Cook and eat out on the patio below,providing space to unwind. Just six blocks from the beach. Close to restaurants. Moody Gardens 10 minutes away. Private driveway can accommodate trailers. Large playground, ball park, and sand volleyball court 4 blocks away. San Luis Convention Center less than 1 mile away.

Surveillance devices are located facing the front stairway and back stairway for your protection and ours. They record video and audio.

We are API integrated through a third party platform, AirBnB allows this. It's just a $200 hold on the card during your stay, and will be released after checkout. We loved the ambiance of this 1930's home. We lived in it for 2 years before renting as a short term rental.We love that it is close to everything as it is in the center of the island.
