About this property
Luxury "beach escape" condo on Cabo's Medano Beach
The marvelous unit is in a Gold Crown full-service luxury resort (with concierge, maid service, beauty shop, gym/workout center, tennis courts, full "pampering" spa with massages, etc); on a wide, sandy beach. It's part of the La Estancia 3-resort complex. Medano Beach is the most desirable beach in Cabo San Lucas. The unit is a spacious, ocean view, one-bedroom, two bath unit that easily sleeps four (also available: 2 or 3 bedroom units, to sleep 6 or 8) There's also a fully equipped kitchen; two TVs; wi-fi; a patio or balcony for private outdoor dining, a wall safe, and plenty of closet space. There are plenty of water and land activities for children and adults at the resort and nearby. The resort also has nightly entertainment, free outdoor movies, fantastic dining spots, a market, and high-quality gift shops. Walkable to/from town and the elegant Paraiso shopping area. Fantastic golfing and fishing nearby, as well swimming with dolphins, whale watching, ATV adventures, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, snorkeling, horseback riding, camel excursions, zip lining and just relax on the beach or by the pool, and have drinks and meals brought to you.

About the host
Hosted by Lynnea

Hi, I'm Lynnea.
Born and raised in the Midwest, I now live in wonderful San Jose, CA. I am a lifelong world traveler, former corporate guru, current business consultant, and entrepreneur helping professionals who want to escape burnout/"stuckness", and reclaim passion and Purpose in their lives and businesses. I am an author, speaker, and had my own live-talk radio show focused on advanced leadership. I've been traveling to Cabo since 1995, and have been a Villa Group member/owner since 1996. I am now a 4-Star Elite member, and have full use of 8 luxury beach resorts in Mexico (Cabo, Puerta Vallarta, Cancun, and Islands of Loreto). I LOVE vacationing in Mexico (can you tell?). I raised twin sons who are grown and are also entrepreneurs (proud mom).

Why they chose this property
Luxury, great services (workout center, tennis, art classes, things for kids, live entertainment, and shopping, including a deli and grocery store), cleanliness, activities, wonderful beach. Medano Beach is the best in Cabo, and, since it's on the Sea of Cortez, swimmable. On the Pacific side, swimming is forbidden...too dangerous. The location is great--away from the noise and crowds of in-town, yet you can easily walk into town via the beach or streets. I feel safe here.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location...and ME, as host. I've been going to Cabo since 1995 and know it pretty well: what to do, where to eat, where the best Margarita (and the Margarita maker) is, where to shop, how to ward off "hawkers", and how to stay safe.
