Beautiful new house in private residence, located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda. Tasteful, elegant decor and well-equipped kitchen to make your staying unforgettable. "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine for coffee and cappuccino. (Find coffee pods in local shops or in all Europe. Google "Dolce Gusto" and find out.) Eating area on the main terrace is covered. Satellite TV. There are two beautiful terraces with breathtaking views from where you can admire the Pevero bay and sunbathe on chaise-lounges in complete privacy. It is set deep within the characteristic, verdant, Sardinian granite landscape. The property is inside of a fully fenced residence, the majority of which is with natural stone walls. Inside the grounds is a large olive grove and fruit orchard. The property is situated only ten minutes from Porto Cervo and the closest beaches of the Costa Smeralda in a very peaceful rural setting with complete privacy and tranquillity. 3-minute undulating scenic walk through greenery, with about 60 steps from the parking place to the house. A short drive away to reach Costa's Smeralda's stunning beaches, Pevero golf course, the harbour and the 'Piazzetta' of Porto Cervo. Master bedroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom, each with own en-suite bathroom (it can host up to 8 guests). Very functional and well-appointed kitchen. 300 Euro refundable damage deposit in cash on arrival for gate, TV and AC remote control. 1 car-parking place inside the residence. Features: kitchen linen, bed linen and all towels furnished, hairdryers, satellite TV, AC, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, toaster, american coffee maker provided and 'Bialetti' for italian caffee. La Sardegna...un paradiso naturale

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa proprietà in sei persone (3 coppie), la casa è risultata un ottima scelta, ogni coppia aveva una propria camera ed un proprio bagno. Il balcone esterno ci regalava una magnifica vista ad ogni momento della giornata. È stato tutto perfetto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Idéalement situé au calme avec vue magnifique depuis la terrasse parfaitement agencée. Appartement super équipé, fonctionnel, agréable , propre et aménagé avec gout. Aussi bien le propriétaire que Madame. Annamaria, pour la remise des clés sont très disponibles et sympathiques . Adresse à réserver les yeux fermés, nous y retournerons avec plaisir . Il serait bien que les coordonnées GPS soient communiquées pour faciliter l'arrivée, et de signaler un accès difficile pour personne à mobilité réduite .(escaliers depuis le parking). Idéalement situé pour découvrir la région .

Great location and host

I stayed at Tania and Umberto's place for 10 days with friends and can highly recommend it. The house is perfectly divided for sharing (3 bedrooms all with en-suite guarantee privacy) and all the amenities are great and exceed what the standard of the area is in this price range (good WiFi, washing machine, dish washer, air conditioning). The location is perfect and one of the somewhat hidden gems of the Costa Smeralda. The host as well as the check-in lady are all very responsive and happy to help. Book and enjoy!

Saubere Wohnung mit schönem Blick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen: die Wohnung war sauber, es waren ausreichend Handtücher da, die Terrasse ist groß und super für ein ausgedehntes Frühstück in der Sonne. Eine kleine Anregung; bei etwas kühlerem Wetter hat man nur schwer die Möglichkeit drinnen zu speisen, da kein Couchtisch/Esstisch vorhanden ist. Wir haben dann improvisiert. Die Bäder sind neu und im traditionellen Stil.Zur Wohnung führen viele kleine Treppen durchs grün. Wir empfehlen die Wohnhng gerne weiter.

Beautiful home

It is a quiet hill with several little apartment/units. We received one of the houses with a big terrace. It was a cosy place with good infrastructur but some of the other apartments seemed unattended. Beautiful view over the coast of Porto Cervo. Nice, small beach with clear water close to the street and only 3 minutes by car. We did not really see any of the other guests (perhaps there where no others..) All together a great place to stay with 6 people!

Calme et proche des plages de La Costa Smeralda

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce logement très propre et bien aménagé. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le parking est clos. Le propriétaire est toujours prêt à intervenir au moindre souci; il est très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Le lieu est calme et à la fois proche des plages et des commerces. Nous avons pu visiter le Nord-est de la Sardaigne à partir de la location: sites archéologiques, îles, vieilles villes...

Perfekte Lage an der Costa Smeralda

Die Wohnung liegt kurz vor Porto Cervo, die schönen Strände der Costa Smeralda sind innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gut ausgestattet bietet die Wohnung alles was man braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Die Terrasse ist größer als sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Als der TV am Tag vor dem Halbfinale Fussball-EM nicht funktionierte, kam er kurzfristig vorbei und hat sich um alles gekümmert.

Come baci afgani is wonderfull

Now come back anothertime i've promise this. Is a magical atmosphere on this place, i'going in Pantogia my second Time this apartment trasmitted to me a very peacefull and the panoramas of sardinia is a exclusives of the world. Tania is a beautifull person very disponibile and discrete, in the house i've find all the necessary for a holiday. Very exclusive room and the terrace is a paradisee for seaview and relax. Peace and Quiet

We spent a fabulous week in Sardinia. The house was very clean and Tania was very helpful and informative on the local area. The views to the see are amazing and it was very peaceful and quiet as there were no other residents in situ at the time. Lovely long days spent on Liscia Ruja beach with its turquoise sea and lovely sand. we hope to be able to visit Sardinia again one of these days.

This place is very quiet and relaxing. You would stay the all day on the veranda. I think Sardinia is one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
