Really good location. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, gelato shops etc. Car definitely needed. The Villa had everything; good WIFI, air-con, all kitchen accessories, washing machine and of course the swimming pool! Super views over the bay from the patio. Overall an excellent stay!

Modest House with Terrific Views

This property is ideally located and can boast marvelous views and a very nice pool, but also includes some areas for improvement. Principally, IT HAS NO WI-FI ACCESS which nowadays places it in its own category. THIS FACT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED TO FUTURE CLIENTS. Since there is cable TV and neighboring houses have internet, this is something that needs to be addressed. The furnishings are sparse and lighting in bedrooms is weak; instructions for the TV and for coffee machine would help (does it actually work?); waste baskets non-existent in bathrooms and garbage management could be made easier. On the plus side, the beds are good and the pool is very nice although the weekly cleaning visits require entry into the house. Small touches would be nice, such as beach towels. Basically you are getting a glorious view and an excellent location. With some small investments this could be a highly rated property. All said, we enjoyed our stay and felt that Wonderful Italy tried to make it a good one.

Hi Danny! Thank you very much for your feedback and suggestions. Wi-fi has actually not been advised in the house listing for that reason, but we are working on it! TV and coffee machine work as explained in the few phone calls we had during your stay. About recycling, there are rules that need to be follow especially during high season, might seem difficult separate garbage in 5 different buckets, but is actually very easy, especially for the fact that they come and collect it just next to your house gate. Overall, we thank you for the many helpful suggestions and we hope to welcome you back in a near future!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Positiv hervorzuheben sind zunächst die sehr gute Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und schönen Stränden. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Meerblick und die Klimaanlage erleichtert heiße Tage.Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts mehrere Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinträchtigt haben: Direkt zu Beginn funktionierte der Boiler nicht, sodass wir knapp zwei Tage ausschließlich kaltes Wasser hatten. Außerdem war der Wasserschlauch der Spülmaschine defekt sodass Wasser austrat. Zwar kümmerte die Agentur sich schnell und schickte einen Techniker vorbei, dennoch möchte man sich in seinem Urlaub eigentlich nicht um solche Themen kümmern. Ein wesentlicher Grund für unsere Buchung war der Pool. Es stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass dieser während unseres Aufenthalts noch nicht geöffnet war. Die entsprechende Information befindet sich (inzwischen) in der Objektbeschreibung. Wir können leider nicht nachweisen, dass dies bei der Buchung nicht der Fall war. Da wir bei unserer Auswahl jedoch bewusst mehrere andere Unterkünfte aufgrund später Poolöffnungszeiten ausgeschlossen hatten, waren wir von dieser Situation sehr überrascht. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage war leider kein Entgegenkommen zur frühere Öffnung des Pools möglich. Die Küchenausstattung entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht einer „voll ausgestatteten“ Küche: Beispielsweise gibt es weder
