You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a warm open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet with lots of great organization, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds to accommodate a couple of extra over night guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with comfy chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities.

This pet-friendly home comes complete with a gas BBQ grill & WiFi. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

Perfect Snowbird Home!

We loved the location and layout of this property. Close to the Brownwood Paddock Square and grocery stores and restaurants. The open layout of the home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the community pool and recreation center. This home was cat friendly which is a rarity and we would highly recommend it!!

Mixed bag.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we were met with five burned out light bulbs, including one in the refrigerator that was never fixed, a leaking kitchen faucet, a toilet that kept running and a handle on the entrance door that kept falling out and couldn’t be locked. To their credit, when made aware of these problems they were fixed fairly rapidly. But it does make one wonder how often the houses are actually checked. We had to exit t the house on the second to the last day of the month which seemed odd as we rented it for two full months. The house itself was fine, had a nice outdoor space, and was in a good location. About the best I can say for it.

Seniors livin’ life

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of positives.. great house, plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils, however Teflon pans were unusable because of scratches. Ample linens, comfortable mattresses. Convenient walled-in backyard courtyard, easy to let our dog outside first thing in the morning. In the evenings, neighborhood makes a great walking circle, with three times around making 1 mile. The property is in a great location, convenient to everything, especially near Brownwood. For the negative... Upon arrival, there were things the cleaning service totally missed... food on the pantry floor, prior renter’s hygiene items in bathroom drawer, hair on the stove, etc. The master bath toilet was loose on the floor. All of this was reported to property management, but they did not respond.

The house was a perfect size. The dogs loved the fenced in yard, the neighbors were wonderful & we were close to everything. Would love to stay here again.

The house needs some TLC.
