You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home.  This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan.  The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. You will find a table for 2 in the eat-in kitchen, a great place for breakfast or lunch. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably making enough room to entertain your new friends!  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath.  The master bath has a walk in shower and his & her sinks.  The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home.  The second guest bedroom is set up as a den with a sleeper sofa and desk, perfect if you need to bring a little work along on your vacation or if the kids stop in for a visit.  The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens.  And of course there's a large screened in lanai with a table & 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice or enjoy the sunset at the end of a busy day of activities. There is a BBQ grill on the lanai for you to use as well so invite your new friends over for a cook out and drinks before heading off to Brownwood Paddock Square for FREE nightly entertainment. This home is also equipped with WiFi internet so bring your IPad or lap top to stay in touch with your family back home. You can send them pictures of all the fun you are having here in the warm Florida sunshine!

This home comes complete and includes a 2017 4 Seater Gas Golf Cart, WiFi internet and a BBQ Grill. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
