Atypical gîte, completely renovated, Vintage Atelier Spirit, 60 m² on the seafront, located on the ground floor of a villa from the 1930s.
Ideal for 2 people with 1 or 2 children.
Enclosed sunny garden with garden furniture for breakfast and lunch.

Direct access to the pedestrian embankment.
The shops are 200m away. You arrive, park the car and can do everything on foot.

Absolut empfehelnswerte Unterkunft, direkt an der Promenade, alles toll erreichbar, es war jederzeit jemand ansprechbar und die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, inkl. Babybett mit Extramatratze. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Parkplatzsuche aber man findet schon immer irgendwann auch einen in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und offen für Fragen. Eine mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alle Gerätschaften im Küchenbereich waren voll funktionsfähig. Schön war der Innenhof mit Blumen und Möbeln, sowie die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade.

Rundum wohlgefühlt

Von unserer Gastgeberin wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr behaglich durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Der kleine Garten gab uns an heißen Tagen Schutz. Die Lage an der Promenade war phantastisch. Wir haben die kurzen Wege an den Strand und in den Ort zu den vielfältigen Geschäften und Cafés jeden Tag genutzt. Auch kleine Wanderungen in die Umgebung waren von hier aus gut möglich. Vielen Dank an Beatrice und Thierry für diese gastliche Oase!

Ein wunderschönes Appartement direkt am Strand

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen und besonderen Wohnung verbracht. Auch der Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir trafen auf sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei ihnen in diesem kunstvollen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Plek geweldig, vlakbij de boulevard en de zee. Heerlijk wandelstrand met mooi uitzicht.

Premier commentaire négatif depuis 9 ans sur notre logement et première personne à ne pas respecter le règlement à savoir ne pas fumer dans l'appartement alors qu'il y a un endroit extérieur pour cela . L'odeur du tabac s'est incrustée partout et a été difficile à éliminer pour les vacanciers suivants avec bébé Par ailleurs à la fin du séjour quand vous dites vouloir revenir car le logement était bien il y a discordance avec le commantaire fait ! je déconseille vivement l'accueil de cette personne

Außergewöhnliches Ambiente

Liegt prima, direkter Zugang zur Promenade, Garten leider begrenzt nutzbar, aber Nähe zum Ortszentrum, für Selbstversorger optimal gelegen. Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Empfehlenswert.
