On the floor: 1 parental suite (bed 160 cm) with room of shower, 1 room of bath with tub, independent TOILET, 1 room 2 beds 90 cm accolés (1 duvet), 1 room 3 beds of 90 cm, among which 1 trundle.

Beach less than 20 m - Village center and shops within 500 m.
Possible rental of household linen (bedding + bath) - 15 € / person.
The arrival on site is scheduled between 16h and 20h. We have a supplement of 15 € for any arrival after 20h, on Sundays and public holidays.
Deposit on booking + Deposit: 300 € - Compulsory final cleaning: 80 € (+ intermediate cleaning possible).
The villa is rented during the whole week during school holidays (France and Belgium). Pets are accepted with the prior consent of the owners. Waste must be brought to the different containers of sorting at the end of the stay.
We propose a second villa, identical, with joint ownership by the garage, to accommodate groups of up to 14 people.
