Dream Maker has a coveted spot at the north end of Anna Maria Island, just a couple blocks from Bean Point beach. There's parking for up to six cars (including two garage spots), but if you'd rather not drive, the free trolley can transport you almost anywhere on the island. You're also an easy walk to the piers for fishing, dining, or simply taking in the sights.

The entertainment center with surround sound allows for a musical backdrop to your dinner, and Netflix streaming, a smart TV, and free WiFi await you after. The kitchen will appeal to your inner gourmet cook, from the built-in appliances and gleaming granite countertops to the breakfast sitting area.

The master suite boasts a bird's-eye view of the pool area, as well as a walk-in closet. You'll find a flatscreen HDTV and DVD player there, too, and a workspace complete with a desk. The other two bedrooms each have their own TV, as well, and the third bedroom is equipped with a PlayStation 2 and games.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
