My family had a great time. The house was wonderful has a great breakfast nook over looking the water we watched the dolphins as we had our morning coffee every morning plenty of space for the kids and dogs to play!! We will definitely be booking this home agian for next years summer trip to the Island!

The property is very much as pictured and has a fantastic private backyard and pool, plenty of parking, working grill and spacious kitchen/living space. It also allows pets which was great for our family! That being said, I think communication could have been better. While they definitely handled the issue with the pool pump, there was no closing the loop for us to know someone was coming to fix it or how it was actually fixed. For the price, I’d recommend updating the primary bedroom bed and most of the bed pillows, coffee maker and ensuring a pool clean for those staying for a week. We would definitely book the property again as it is a gem when compared to others on the island :)

Typically, the pool is clean but you happened to check in at the same time the pool pump quit working properly. We were able to get a new pump and get the pool clean for you. I will talk with owner about updating the items mentioned. Thank you.

This property didn't disappoint. We stayed for 3 weeks and the inside and outside spaces were excellent. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. I would consider changing the bunk beds to two singles or single and double. Bathrooms were well appointed. A door into the ensuite in the main bedroom could be considered. The kitchen was a great size with all the required equipment. The outside space was exceptional with a very large pool and options for seating. The location is great for the beach with a 10 minute walk to the exceptional Bean Point. Anna Maria island is a gem and this property is ideally located to sample all that it has to offer.

The house was very nice and a great location. However, the master bathroom does not have a door at all, which means absolutely no privacy. We did not like that. The beds could definitely be upgraded, at least adding a mattress topper. New pillows and bedding should also be considered. The listing says that beach equipment is not guaranteed, which implies it might be available. There was not any beach equipment provided (no chairs, wagon, cooler), which added an unexpected expense. The living area of the house is nice and we did really like the location.

The location is amazing. Check in and out was super easy. We had plenty of space for the 6 adults we had on vacation. The only down fall is the starter supplies. We were left one garbage bag and one toilet paper roll per bathroom. Just update your welcome email to advise how many is left so we could have been better prepared and brought our own.
