This fully outfitted home offers authentic Nola decor and comfortably sleeps four adults. It can accommodate two additional guests if you use the twin daybed and separate trundle. THE SPACE and AMENITIES
Our historic 1919 building is very safe with a locked main entry for your peace of mind. And the apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay! The living room includes a queen size sofa bed, a flat screen SMART TV and a twin size day bed w/trundle, while the bedroom features a king-size bed and another SMART TV. A dining area with seating for six offers ample space for meals.
Our fully appointed kitchen makes dining-in a breeze. It includes the usual appliances: a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig, water cooler, electric can opener, blender, and a toaster—plus a pizza pan! We also provide high-speed wireless internet access (private to this apartment) and Cable on both TVs.
We have a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment as well as complimentary soap and dryer sheets. The bathroom, located through the bedroom, is fully stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
If you have a car, we offer parking at $15/day in the public garage next door, which is staffed 24/7 and well-lit. Please note this is for one vehicle only with a maximum 7'-0" entrance height (no duallys or oversized vehicles). You will self-park with unlimited in and out privileges, in any non-reserved legal space on level 3 or higher. Ask me for details!
The 4th floor rooftop deck has a Boutique Pool (4 ft deep, not heated) with plenty of seating and a gas grille if you opt to cook while in town. And we have a workout room, located on the first level.

LOCATION and GUEST EXPERIENCE
Superb location! You'll find we are within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, parade routes, Bourbon St., Jackson Square, the French Market, and the riverfront. We are also just two blocks from the streetcar lines. It's a short cab ride to the Smoothie King Center, the Convention Center, and Caesar's Superdome. Our central location means guests frequently stop back "home" during the day for a convenient respite before heading back out!
IMPORTANT POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
Our home and building is a strictly NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property. You may smoke or vape only on the 4th floor/rooftop area.
The person booking must be at least 25 years of age and staying the duration of the booking; we cannot accept 3rd-party rentals. We also have a strict capacity limit of 6 adults.
No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, elevators, etc. We make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED during Hurricane Season.
These policies are non-negotiable. By requesting to book, you confirm you understand and agree to honor them. Violators will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
