Beautiful 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath non-smoking condo (second floor of a
four story building)

Heritage Palms is a 500 acre private, gated golf and tennis
community located on Florida's southwest gulf coast in Fort Myers.
The manicured grounds feature beautiful tropical foliage, preserves
and shimmering lakes. The community is located 10 minutes from Fort
Myers Southwest International Airport and 20 minutes from Sanibel,
Captiva and Fort Myers beaches.

The community features two Azinger/Lewis designed golf courses that
feature 36 holes of championship golf, putting and chipping greens
and an aqua range.

Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has approximately 1400 square feet and
offers a gorgeous view of the golf course and lake.
The condo is professionally decorated with upgraded furniture and
vaulted ceilings. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, upgraded
counter tops, electric flat top range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator with ice maker. All necessary towels,
utensils, cookware and flatware are included. The breakfast nook
includes a table and four chairs just off the lanai.

The guest bedroom features one Queen size bed, chest, closet, ceiling fan.

The master bedroom, off the living room, features a King size bed,
armoir, dual night stands, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, two large
walk in closets with drawers and storage, and a private bath with
enclosed shower. Also featured is a dining room with a table and
six chairs.

The living room is tastefully decorated with a large
sofa and recliner. It features a flat screen TV.
Sliding glass doors to the tiled lanai feature chairs creating a
spectacular view of the golf course and lake.

The unit has all the comforts of home: linens, beach towels, vacuum
cleaner, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. It's waiting for
you to enjoy!

AMENITIES

A 28,400 square foot newly remodeled Clubhouse, with formal and informal
restaurants. High speed cable internet service, use of computer and
printer are available for your use at the clubhouse. Wi-Fi included within the condo too!

- Golf: Two premier 18 hole championship golf courses with a full
service pro shop.

1. The Royal Course at 6756 yards. USGA rated at 72.8/134
slope from the tips and the White Tees play 6068 yards at 69.2/123
slope;

2. The Sabal Course at 6837 yards. USGA rated at 73.4/139
slope from the tips and the White Tees play 6052 yards rated at
69.7/122 slope.

- Tennis: The tennis center, with 8 lighted HarTru tennis courts,
tennis shop and tennis director.

- Swimming: Nine heated swimming pools, one very conveniently
located to the condo. A private member only pool that you have
access to, with a waterfall Jacuzzi.

- Fitness: A new fully equipped gym/fitness center and a fitness
professional that you may schedule to help set up and monitor a
personal fitness plan.

- Entertainment: Adult activities center with borrowing library,
card room, billiard room, and poker tables.

Beautiful Golf Course View

Heritage Palms is a beautiful property. We met so many friendly residents. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, shops, beaches and entertainment venues.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful grounds and facilities that are an easy drive to shopping and area attractions. The HP Grill Room was excellent for any of our dining needs. Golf experience was great as it was easy to get access as a single golfer. The Owner was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had.

Great Place!

I stayed at this beautiful condo for three months. This gated community is pristine and the condo building this unit is in is walking distance to the main clubhouse and fitness center. Easy check in/out and excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

Relaxing vacation

The condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed going for daily walks around the beautifully landscaped grounds and also enjoyed the pools. Due to covid we were not allowed to use the fitness center. Daniel was wonderful to deal with. We look forward to returning to the condo.

Heritage Palms Fort Myers Florida

The Heritage Palms unit was all that we hoped for. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was a good location to the Clubhouse that had 2 restaurants, main pool. tennis courts and golf course. We especially enjoyed the second floor lanai overlooking the golf course and lake. The owner was very easy to contact, and answered our inquiries quickly.

Great Community & Location

Great community and convenient location. Even without purchasing the transfer membership, we were able to use many amenities including the clubhouse pool and cabana snack bar, golf, driving range, and Grill Room restaurant. The golf course outside the condo was under construction (until the fall we were told) but were able to play the other and it was excellent. The check-in process was easy, and the gated community felt safe. Dan was very responsive when we needed to reach out. We cooked several meals in the condo and took easy trips to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and other nearby attractions. Thanks for hosting us!

Great value

Very nice location. We had a wonderful vacation. People were extremely friendly. Couple suggestions though. Pizza cutter would be nice. Also be aware no hair dryer. I packed mine because I saw none listed. There was a slight delay checking in because we had the address but not the unit number. Took a few minutes but the gate keeper was patient. I was surprised there were not instructions for getting into the pools (key needed). We couldn’t use the lodge and its swimming pool or the rec center cause we didn’t have a swipe card and were told because of covid we weren’t allowed, only members. . We made do with the satellite pool and planet fitness a few miles away. Also no checkout procedure so we did what we do at any vrbo; trash out, dishes washed, beds stripped,towels and sheets in laundry basket and all food out of frig and cupboards. We def will consider returning

The condo was very comfortable, clean and well stocked! Also, you can’t beat the view! I had an issue with the AC during my stay and worked with the owner who resolved the issue quickly. He was very responsive throughout my one month stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location within the community. Very close to clubhouse and pools. Wonderful view of the 18th hole and the lake from the terrace. Unit was very clean and all necessities were provided. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had.

A Good Find

This condo is in a safe gated community. We found the condo to be ideally located on the golf course, beautiful lake and close to the Clubhouse. All of the owner's instructions were clear and helpful. Also, he was very responsive to our needs even buying beach chairs for our beach excursions. The layout of the condo is very practical and we enjoyed the well-appointed furniture, appliances, all in working order, and the thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant. We bought the membership transfer and it was well worth it to take advantage of the many amenities the community has to offer, including golf, pools and the dining facilities.

Delightful

Lovely, quiet and convenient for most of our needs. We missed having a bbq grill yet we realize that is for safety and part of the rules of the association. The large pool was awesome! It had very tasteful tropical type music mixture playing and the snack bar lady Beth made sure we always had ice water. Love this place!
