Monthly minimum rental only. Welcome to this elegant and affordable condo, a resort like setting for a peaceful vacation home. This 2bd 2ba plus den, spacious 1500+ sq ft, 4th floor condo at the Terraces of Riverwalk will accommodate all your needs. The condo includes queen size beds for each bd, 65 inch flat screen ROKU TV, cable and Free Wifi. Master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets, bay window and private bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes, utensils, appliances, and bar stools with corian countertops. Dining area is equipped with new table and chairs. Enjoy the screened-in lanai overlooking the nature preserve. If you don't want to haul your groceries up the steps, take the elevator. The condo comes with full access to the clubhouse, including in-ground heated Olympic size pool, hot tub and workout facility, exclusively for the Riverwalk guests.

Great Location

Comfortable and clean 2 bedroom with a den condo. The pool was very clean and felt great after a day of moving. I hope to use it again when I'm in the area to visit our kids.

The condo that we stayed at was very nice. The place was spotless. Great amenities. The pool in the Jacuzzi were wonderful. We had a slight problem with the air-conditioner I called Bon and within 15 to 20 minutes I had a repairman calling me and he showed up and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this place. Bon, thank you very much I really enjoyed my stay.

Terraces at Riverwalk Fourth Floor Condo

Enjoyed stay at this property very much. Close to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to beaches but traffic could be somewhat of a delay, but dont be deterred. Close to Sannibel Island and Cape Coral. Condo has ample space and everything is in working order. Lanai is nice but doesnt get a lot of sun. Workout room was very good and very easy to take a morning walk on property. Most of people on site are at least 55 with most above that. I would definitely rent this condo again.

My wife and I love the beach and resort like vacation and we travel to Cancun and Riviera Maya Mexico many times and wanted a place closer to home. We feel that Ft Myers, FL gives us that beautiful white sandy beach and warm Gulf Coast water.

Why they chose this property

This place is brand new and never lived in when we bought it 2012. It's very spacious and perfectly located and close to everything from shopping malls, restaurants, beaches, Starbucks, golf courses, grocery stores, very nice and gated like community.

What makes this property unique

We love sitting in our top floor lanai eating breakfast and looking at the nature preserve and serenity atmosphere.
