Living room-dining room with large fireplace, TV.
Fully equipped kitchen: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, full of crockery.

Merveilleux week-end

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end prolongé ( vendredi au lundi). La maison est dans un lieu très calme mais non loin de la mer et des commerces. Chloé nous a très bien accueillis et était très disponible quand nous avions besoin. Je recommande fortement ce lieu.

Interesting historic property near St Malo

We had a lovely week in La Chipaudiere. All was well organised and Chloe Magon, our host, was very helpful. The property is very old but well equipped and everything worked well. We were also treated to a tour of the big house.

wonderful spot

We so enjoyed our weekend stay at La Chipaudière. Everything was just as described and the place was even more charming than the pictures we had seen on the website. Kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings--all very well equipped/comfortable. The owners are extremely accommodating, welcoming, and helpful. I would love to return some day.

WONDERFUL TIME!

We had a wonderful time getting to experience this property. Delightful mix of old and new. Our host was definitely a SUPER HOST and we can't say THANK YOU enough to her for all she did for us. I would highly recommend this farmhouse to anyone staying in this area. You won't be disappointed.

Très bon site pour passer des vacances au calme.

Bonsoir, Cette location à la Chipaudière fut une réussite car l'habitation au charme d'antan avec un mélange d'autrefois et de modernisme fut très accueillant. Le site est très vaste, par conséquent, très bien pour les enfants qui aiment les grands espaces. Notre hôtesse, Madame Magon a été très accueillante et très gentille, toujours disponible pour n'importe quelle question. Nous la remercions chaleureusement pour ce séjour inoubliable. C'est une expérience à refaire si l'occasion nous est donnée. Nous conseillons la Chipaudière pour le grand espace, le calme et surtout, nous n'étions pas très loin des plages et d'autres villes limitrophes.

Un gite typique de la région, au coeur d'une propriété pleine de charme, un accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé un w end formidable entre amis dans ce gîte qui vous plonge dans l'histoire de la région. Le gîte est spacieux et tres confortable. Il est idéal pour les familles nombreuses et tres bien équipé. Vos enfants apprécieront le coin salle de jeux à l'étage, les adultes préféreront la chaleur de la cheminée d'epoque (que l'on peut utiliser). La propriétaire est très accueillante et à l'écoute. Un gîte situé à 10 min de voiture des remparts de saint Malo, au calme et plein coeur de la campagne locale. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Superbes vacances au calme dans un lieu atypique

Une très grande battisse avec de l'espace et un très grand jardin. De l'espace dans toutes les chambres de la location. Idéal pour des vacances antre amis et des familles avec enfants. La location est très fonctionnelle avec ces 3 salles d'eau et agréable à y vivre. Nous avons été ravis par une cuisine très bien agencée et superbement équipée.Juste un petit rafraichissement de quelques pièces seraient un super bonus dans cette magnifique location. Les commodités, Saint-Malo et l'océan sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Un accueil chaleureux et de très bon conseil nous ont été donné par les propriétaires vivants dans la malouinière juste à côté. Nous avons découvert une région et des lieux superbes autour de cette location. Idéal pour des vacances au calme dans un lieu atypique, dans une région touristique et proche de la mer. Les Toulousains....

Un sejour plus que parfait entre amis. Une location superbe avec de beaux volumes où rien ne manque dans une maison chargée d histoire. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très chaleureux. Tout est à disposition pour rendre le sejour au summum de ce que l on attend. Aucun bruit ne vient perturber le repos ce qui permet d apprécier d autant plus la nature environnante et le grand jardin mis à disposition. Nous avons tous été charmés (Nous etions une petite dizaine) En un mot, génial et merci.

Formidable vacances

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette très agréable maison. (longue soirée au coin du feu dans la pièce à vivre qui vient d'être totalement refaite - Cuisine moderne). La propriété est vraiment magnifique et l'acceuil particulièrement chaleureux. Saint Malo est très proche et très facile d'accès, comme Cancale. Nous reviendrons.
