Family villa ideally located, a min walk from a small beach.
The house is very quiet without vis-à-vis, in a residential area. It is equipped with a large garden to install table, chairs and umbrellas for dining outside especially.

The house is old, with lots of character and very bright. It was completely renovated in 2010.
It can hold up to 10 people.

It includes, on 3 levels:
DRC:
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen (+ Nespresso machine, toaster, etc..)
- scullery with dining area (5 places)
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 large living room
- 1 dining-room with 10 seats
- 1 bedroom with double bed and integrated bathroom
- in a row, a room with bunk beds

1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 1/2 bed with washbasin
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with washbasin
- 1 bathroom (bath)
- 1 separate WC

2nd floor:
- 1 very large room (sea view) with double bed and extra bed if needed

The house is also equipped with all baby equipment: crib, high chair, changing mat and bath. Stroller available if needed.

It has 3 + 1 TV DVD player and stereo.

The house is 5 minutes drive from downtown La Richardais (bakery) and 10 minutes from Dinard (all shops for food, pharmacy, bookstore, the famous market of Dinard, etc.)
Saint-Malo, the corsair city is 10 minutes.
Many activities are possible in addition to water sports, Dinard Golf (very famous) is 15 minutes, the equestrian club in 5 minutes. Possible walks, in front of sea, or in edge of Rance.

Final cleaning can be done by an external person at a cost of 50 €.
We offer the rental of linens (sheets + towels) for 10 € per person, but you can come with your own linen.
