Unit G748 is a Two bedroom loft. It is located on the 5th floor (top floor).
Perfect spot for sunsets or to watch elk walk by! This top floor, end unit has 2 bedrooms, plus loft and sleeps 6. There is a queen is one bedroom, two twins in the other and two twins up in the loft. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall. Kitchen and both bathrooms have been updated. Wood-burning stove to keep warm.
Gearhart Golf Links across the street, 1/2 mile walk to tennis courts and for coffee, wine and sweet treats!

We had so much fun on the ocean and in this amazing condo by the sea. The place was everything we were looking for. We would definitely book this condo again. It is a quick walk to the beach and within a 10 min drive to everything.
Stunning View With Fantastic Beach and Golf Access
Comfortable for 4 or 5. Top floor facing Ocean with Panoramic view. Sunsets, Elk grazing, comfortable space with all amenities. Golf across street. Elevator for those that do not want to do the 5 floors of stairs. Highly recommend.
The only thing I would change in the room is the step out to the Balcony. I tripped and fell and hurt myself. That is very dangerous. At least put a warning sign. Other than that we had a blast there.
The view was spectacular. The condo was nice but could definitely use some modern upgrades to furniture. It was not the cleanest but I’m not too picky. The building is old, pretty unsettling on the balcony. They have everything you need to cook which is nice. It felt very comfortable inside and was quiet. Our keys stopped working and we had to have a security guard let us in at almost midnight since there is nobody else on call. The frustrating part was the security guard let us in but didn’t fix the key issue so we were without working keys for almost 2 days until we checked out. I would totally go back to this place! I’d rather pay the $289 it advertised to me instead of the $341. I think the advertised lower price is fair.
I requested an early check in and was told no and that they can’t even guarantee the 4pm check in as written in agreement due to staff shortage. Luckily 4pm came and we were able to check in but the way Jocelyn messaged that to me wasn’t exactly comforting after a overnight drive with 3 kids.
Overall 4 stars .
Stayed here with husband and 3 kids over Spring Break. We really enjoyed the height and location of this condo (top floor, end unit). We could see further out onto the ocean than at many other rentals. It was fun to watch the fishing vessels out there, especially at night!
In the photos I saw that the decor was older, but I was not expecting to see an old style hotel phone and phone book! The dusty fake plants and 80s gold- framed art just need to go. But the mater bed was the worst. I saw that others had complained, and I thought, how bad can it be? Bad. Neither me nor my husband could sleep on it. I moved to the twin bed that was open and he slept in the couch. It's unacceptable. I told that to the office and they said the bed firmness is specified by the owner. I persisted and they offered us a slight discount for our stay. Beware of that bed!
It was strange to need to check-in across the street at the McMenamins pub. We circled the parking a couple of times to really believe we had to go there. The lady in the office was nice but seemed tired and annoyed by my questions when I needed to call the office later (in fairness, I did call a few times to complain), she actually handled it pretty well!
The kitchen was dirty. I wiped food splatters off cabinets, around the sink, from the dishwasher, the refrigerator, and even the picture hanging on the wall. Most of the plates, utensils, and pans were clean, but not all, we had to inspect them before using. There was one dish towel and one dishrag for a 5 night stay. They said they'd bring more if I needed, but they brought more bathroom washcloths and bath towels instead.
The lamps are the oldest I've ever seen in a rental and really dim. One of the bulbs was burned out and a guy came and replaced it when I called the office.
This building was built in the 70s and it looks it. It seems like they don't know what they want to be; a hotel or a condo rental. As a result, they're not doing either very well.
This condo was a comfortable space with an amazing view! Directly across the street from Sandtrap, a short dune walk to the ocean, and prime location for watching the elk come through the area.
