Unit P459 is a two bedroom fully equipped condo located on the 1st floor of Pacific Palisades. There are stairs going down to the unit.

Great Ocean Views. Queen bed in both the main and the 2nd bedroom. The maximum occupancy is 4. There is not a sleeper sofa.

1 pet allowed, pet fee is $20.00 per night. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

Just a few moments stroll will have you down on the beach with your pet running around. If you're lucky you'll catch a glimpse of our famous Elk in town or even on the the property!

You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool only. There is NO access to a hot tub!

**Please note this unit is accessible by stairs only**

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

This property was very clean, and very roomy! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean with very large windows in the kitchen/dining room/living room. Check in and check out we’re almost too easy with this company! They were so friendly and very responsive to questions. There is a little fenced yard in the back which was fabulous for letting our dog out before bed. Walking distance to McMenamins, which we love! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else with a dog!

Exactly as described

This was as described and what I would consider a good deal vs. other options in the area. The condo is an older unit, but no different than the pictures show. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Location is great and we enjoyed being able to walk to the Mcmennamins about 100 yards away. Will stay here again. Only small issue is if you have noisy neighbors. We did not, but walls are fairly thin.

The managements cleaning company needs to be replaced, there was old rotting vegetables under the kitchen trash can and it did not looked like it had been clean before we got there.

Good location

We were disappointed with the condo. The bathrooms did not seem clean and the kitchen table was sticky. Pretty much everything needs updates and paint. The bed in the main bedroom was a disaster to try to sleep in. It was uncomfortable and sounded like it would fall apart when we moved. For the price it was disappointing although we did like the location.

My experience

The location is great....very close to the beach. The condo was very clean and laundry service very close by. Lovely condo. Really the only problem was the bed made too much noise and was too firm for me, but that's probably just a personal preference.

Convenient & quiet location near the beach

The positives: Easy check-in. Conveniently located across from McMenamins with views of the ocean and a short walk down to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. The dishwasher was going when I checked in. Bathrooms have extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, tissue and toilet paper. Comfortable & quiet place for me and my dog for a weekend getaway! Note: yard is partially fenced but open on one side. The negatives: condo was cold, there were spare blankets but one of them hadn't been washed and had stuff stuck to it. One Duralog was provided for the fireplace but that is more ambient than heat. Baseboard heaters in living room and dining room had things directly in front of and up against them so I didn't want to turn it on. Shower liner has some mold and needs to be replaced. Front door is old and could be replaced for more security.

Great location for a quite getaway

If you need a getaway, this is the place. Great location with a great beach to stroll. The condo is nicely furnished and makes relaxing easy.
