Just steps (2 properties) to the beach access, this one level home is in quiet North Seaside and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus outdoor hot/cold shower on the back deck for surfers, kids, pets! The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, the private in-law apartment behind the garage has one bedroom and another bathroom. Enter the front door to the living room with leather furniture, New large flat screen smart TV for streaming. Fully appointed kitchen including dishwasher, and dining area. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms with 2 twins each, the king bedroom and a full bathroom.  Each bedroom has a new flat screen smart TV's.   Off the dining area, pass through the door to the garage and you will find the 2nd private shower addition. Behind the garage you will find the in-law Apt. with a queen bed and 1/2 bath. The back yard is completely fenced with back deck, outdoor furniture and yes, hot/cold shower here too.  Ping-Pong table in garage, FREE WIFI. Pet OK with permission and $75 non-refundable per pet fee. The pet fee will be added after the reservation has been confirmed and it has been determined that the pet is approved.  No more than 2 pets, no cats. Parking for 3 cars only. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY.

We recently stayed at this rental and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house had a lovely charm, reflecting its age, which we appreciated. However, we did notice that it could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. There was some dirt and mold present in the windowsills and the bathroom vents, which detracted from the overall appeal.On the positive side, the rental provided a seamless experience, allowing us to enjoy our stay without any interruptions. If the cleaning issues were addressed, it would elevate the experience significantly.Would recommend for those who value a quiet getaway!

This house fit all of our needs. It’s a 1/4 mile walk through grassy dunes to the actual beach, but it is generally pretty level and not giant dunes. The 4th bedroom is tucked away in the back of the garage. The space for my husband and I, our two young boys and my parents perfectly. We also brought our dog so the fenced in backyard was a huge plus. There is a gate on the west side of the house. Just a heads up, if it’s windy, that gate might be making noise during the night. So we just went out there and propped it open to make it stop. The house is old and could use some updating. Prepare to wash silverware often as there seemed to be enough for maybe a meal and a half for us each day haha the house has so much potential but serves its purpose as is.

It was very peaceful and great. Do wish the backyard had grass instead of sand. I get it you’re by the ocean. It would be nice to have maps with attractions near by also those that don’t know what garbage can is recycle or trash. Great accommodation. I would stay there again.
