Boca catalina is steps from the property with Aruba's best snorkeling area, and Arashi beach is walking distance as well. Property has 4 units with complete independent entrances. Garden is a relaxation heaven with beautiful plants and laid back pool area.

Spacious apartment in a great location - a short walk off of Boca Catalina beach. From the moment we booked until check out the process was seamless. Clean and very updated with all you need. We would definitely book again!

From check in to check out, Michael and his team made our 12 day stay effortless. The property was adequately represented in the photos so we got exactly what we were expecting….. The unit was clean & spacious, the kitchen well equipped . Thebeds were comfortable, the water pressure and temperature was fine, and our fellow guests were friendly, quiet and respectful. A few of them let us know they were repeat clients of Michael’s - as we hope to be! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet vacation in Aruba, within walking distance of Arashi Beach.

Fantastic find!

We’ve been coming to Aruba for 20+ years and this was a wonderful find. Loved the location and proximity to the beach. The property had everything we could have possibly needed. Clean and comfortable beds, beach chairs, plenty of towels, etc. Excellent communication and responsiveness from the host. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

Beach house

The rental was great with walking to beach was 3 minutes across the street. Had a pool we didn’t use but was well maintained and property was very clean. Washer and dryer was a plus. The only thing is they need to put privacy shades on windows since the property is shared with other units. That would be only issue. Loved having two bathrooms and second bedroom for extra space. We would definitely go back next trip to Aruba.

Clean House

The suited our needs. The neighborhood is not great. Lots of cars - loud music for several hours. Would not stay in this neighborhood again. There were new rules imposed by the owner since I booked in 12/2024 until we arrived 6/2025. We worked that out with the property manager. Overall, the house was great but did not appreciate the amount of rules and policies that were imposed AFTER you book and we did not like the neighborhood noise.
