Perfect Spot

This was the perfect place for our New Years getaway. Lots of room to hang out and plenty of beds for everyone. Place was clean and in a nice neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do!

kids loved the foosball

We had a great time staying here. My kids loved the bunkbed room and the foosball. The neighborhood was nice and we liked that it felt a little apart from downtown St. George. The scenery was beautiful. The property itself was clean and made for a comfortable stay away from home.

The perfect place to stay

Awesome place to stay. Immaculate condition, tons of room, great beds, amazing kitchen, garage, swimming pool, hot tub and more. The WiFi works great too! Restaraunts and gas stations are close by but not too close. We’ll definitely be coming back. This place is the best place we have ever stayed in St. George and it’s large enough to split the cost with friends which makes it far better and less $ than staying in a hotel.

This house has everything you need!

We really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay again. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and that is always appreciated. We stayed in this house for two weeks while we explored the beauty of Southern Utah. I have the communication with the property manager 3 stars because we did have a small issue with the YouTube TV login for the downstairs TV. It was not resolved, not that big of deal, but when I called, the property mgr seemed bothered by our question.

Excellent place for a family to spread out

The property is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures. It was very quite. We really enjoyed the area including the walking paths and cute parks nearby. It's only 5 to 10 minutes away from Costco and Walmart. We loved our stay.

Super clean, new townhome, with a great layout.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. The furnishings were great and the layout was roomy and open. Linens were clean and soft. The whole space was super clean. The beds were very comfy. The TV in the living room was the perfect size and channel selection was great. The pool was just a short walk away, but far enough that you didn't hear any noise from it. I will stay here again.

Southern Comfort lives up to it's name

I simply LOVE this place. Talk about cozy. We were looking for a place close to the pool but we didn't want the noise and distractions a pool can provide. It's less than a block to the pool and so we were "quietly" surprised with the solitude of this home. The furniture was spotless, comfortable and the master bed was sooo comfortable. (One of the only beds that didn't wake me from a back-ache the next day). Even though there was a TV in almost every room, we didn't spend a lot of time wasting time in this manner. We came to play hard and that we did. Walking trails and mountian bike trail provided the adventure we were looking for. When it was time to relax, this home couldn't have been any better. Outstanding place to share an intimate weekend away from hustle of the big city. The kitchen was uniquely designed with a kitchen table big enough to seat 8-10. There was even a stoller (4 seater) in the garage for the baby excursions. When I come back in the fall, I'm looking to spend time in Southern Comfort.
