Greg was an amazing host. A responsive and polite communicator. The inside property was very clean and tastefully presented. Fully stocked. Plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, etc., and it was nice that there was a variety of seasonings left in the cupboard. The grill on the patio was very handy. Grilling steaks with that view wasn’t too shabby either :-)

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved that they had life jackets available for kiddos and pack and play and high chair for baby. Host communicated well and was willing to provide us with more supplies( toilet paper, soap, dish detergent) if we ran short as we stayed almost 10 days. Would book again here for sure.

We loved our stay! Comfortable beds and couches in a nicely updated condo. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking oils and we LOVED the hot water kettle. The view is gorgeous day and night, and the location is central to all parts of StG. We noticed an impressive number of amenities for travelling families, and the host is so welcoming. We would love to stay there again on another trip.

We always enjoy staying at Las Palmas. Great location and fun activities for the kids. In the winter the pools close at 5:45 which was a bummer. We were there over new years and the pools closed early. We had an issue with the toilet and shower being clogged. The plunger was cheap so we used a hanger to unclogg it. The shower drain had tons of hair in it and we had to dig the hair out of the drain with a hanger. Other than that the condo was fine.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo was incredibly inviting, beautifully stocked with amenities, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable.Check-in was seamless thanks to the clear instructions, and we really appreciated the reference book filled with great local suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and activities.The complex itself was peaceful yet full of things to do—several heated pools, a gym, playgrounds, pickleball courts, and a lovely walking path. The condo was also very kid-friendly, with scooters, bikes, pool toys, and even sand toys for the playground.Overall, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would!

Everything was so clean and the condo is gorgeous with the most beautiful view of Green Valley. The host had lots of fun stuff to keep everyone busy and happy and they really went above and beyond to accommodate my family. There are several pools and amenities and it’s moments away from close to 10 golf courses. Lodgings always a stressful part of travel and that was really eliminated before we even arrived. We will definitely be staying again if we’re in St. George and I would recommend anyone else going to the area get it booked.
