Welcome to the Palmetto Breeze!

Why should you choose this home for your vacation needs? Simple, we promise that what you see is what you get. As the owner and operator, I ensure the property is ready for check in prior to your arrival.

Please note the pool is not heated and does not have heating capability.

The Palmetto Breeze is a three story private home with eight bedrooms and five baths; sleeps 24 guests. Private pool and covered patio area complete with modern outdoor furnishings for maximum outdoor living enjoyment. Guests will enjoy a shaded breezy patio outdoor living area. The pool even has a built in table with stools! Wrap around decking with outstanding views of the marsh and adirondack chairs to relax in. Located just a short block and a half walk directly to the ocean front.
The house has a brand new kitchen with marble counter tops. Stainless appliances and a fully stocked assortment of gadgets and dishware so you can prepare meals for your group. For maximum guest comfort, flat screen tv's and ceiling fans are available in all bedrooms. Bathrooms feature marble counter tops and either a walk in shower or tub shower combination. This is a "Pet Friendly" property!!

5. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. Please don't ask for an exception.
6. Fully keyless property; no waiting in lines to check in!

We offer guests a CHOICE in providing their own OR adding a linen package from a professional, local linen service provider that we contract with. We enjoyed the house and location. Pretty spacious in terms off bedrooms. Living room and kitchen on the smaller side but worked great for the 10 of us. Pool area is nice with lots of seating. Pool is sunny in the morning and early afternoon and completely shaded by mid afternoon which worked great for us coming g back from the beach

Awesome Boys Golf Trip

This place was great! We booked it for a long weekend boys golf trip. While we spent much of our time on the course, it was so nice for everyone to have their own room and it was super clean and private. Easy access to all of the courses we played.

Annual Golf Werkend

We stayed at this great property for our annual golf weekend. It had everything that our group of 8 golfers needed. Each had a bedroom and the common spaces were great for our group. Blanche was responsive to all our queries and questions. All in all a great 4 days.

Golf and New Year Celebration

Our second year, celebrating the new year and playing some golf staying at this beautiful home with amazing accommodations/great beds for adults and lots of privacy. The short walk to the beach and several options for restaurants are a plus.

Convenient location

Walking distance to the beach and other amenities were a plus. Home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were three separate families with adult children, a total of 14 people and we had plenary of space.

Beautiful home for our family girls trip!

Beautiful and clean home! I had a girl’s trip with 23 of my aunts, sister, mother and cousins. Home was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the private pool and picturesque view of the marsh in the backyard. Blanche was helpful and easy to contact when needed. I would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

This property is located at the end of a quiet street with ample parking. The neighbors were extremely welcoming and friendly and the beauty beach was only a short walk away. We could not have asked for a better family vacation, relaxing by the pool with the beautiful marsh backdrop. The only issue we had was the keypad was not functioning properly which delayed us entering the house, but the host was extremely attentive and helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing getaway!

Big Family House

Our family really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room for everybody and all our beach gear. The kids really enjoyed catching crabs during low tide and swimming in the pool. The adults had everything they needed in the kitchen and enjoyed swimming in the pool as well. It’s just a short walk to the beach that everyone seemed to handle just fine. Overall, I would recommend it to friends or stay again if we are ever in North Myrtle.
