Channel Home w/ Saltwater Pool & Dock Just Steps to the Beach

***2027 dates will be released 1 year from the date of the current date.. This allows current guests first option to book*** This home is 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have two full size beds and one bedroom has a king bed. This home has an updated beachy decor to keep you in paradise even once you've come off the beach. The kitchen has updated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The front porch is accompanied with rocking chairs that are perfect for your morning coffee or watching the sun rise from the back porch in your rail height adirondacks. Underneath the house is a shady oasis with a large TV, outdoor furniture, picnic table, gas grill, and swing next to the gorgeous saltwater pool. The pool is 12x20 with LED lights and resort style loungers while being accented with edison lights under the back deck. The pool is not heated but is open all year long. Just off the pool deck is a grassy area for our furry friends to lounge or to set up a tent to sleep under the stars and hear the waves crash in the distance. This property sits on a large channel great for kayaking and fishing from its private dock. Enjoy the early morning sunrise overlooking the channel and then start fishing for dinner right out of your backyard. If you strike out fishing, then soak up the sun rays on the beach which is just a short stroll. You can't beat waking up to glistening waters in the morning and a starry night under a Palmetto Moon.

Ask about the 4 seater electric golf cart for rent as well.

I do provide a beach wagon & 3 beach chairs in the storage room for tenants but do not guarantee the condition of the chairs as it is not part of the house keepers job requirements. I just ask that tenants are respectful and take care of the chairs by washing them off and placing them back in the room.

A: Roughly 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. At the end of the street is a public beach access.

A: Guests must provide their own towels & bed linens (bed sheets & pillow cases). There are 6 full/double size beds and 1 king bed. Queen size sheets would work as well for the full/double beds.

A: Pets are allowed but only dogs and there is a nonrefundable deposit per pet.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. Kids loved the salt pool and the ability to crab and fish off the dock. The teens loved walking down to the ocean and riding the bikes down to the nature preserve. Owner was very quick to answer our questions. Wouldmrent again!

Summer Fun

We loved the house. It was bigger than what the pictures disclose, although the bathrooms were a little tight. Loved the swimming pool and the dock. My two golden retrievers loved looking out at the channel and going on the dock. It was very nicely fenced in and enjoyed the living area under the house with the outdoor TV. Plenty of parking space for the cars. We would love to stay there again.

Great location, and the landlord is very user friendly!

Spent a whole week here and it was hard to leave. Right on the interior canal and just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach. We loved the open to the outdoors downstairs space with the flat screen TV and lots of comfortable seating. House is well maintained with literally everything you need. Robby the landlord was very helpful and very responsive to texts and emails during the whole process. You won't regret staying here.

Perfect house, perfect location!

This house exceeded all my expectations. I have vacationed in Cherry Grove my entire life so I'm very partial to the area. It's super safe and quiet and so much nostalgia for my family. I was looking for a pet friendly property because we travel with our dogs. We also wanted a house, preferably with a pool, in walking distance to The Point as well as just the beach in general. This house checked all those boxes and it also had a fenced in yard which seems rare for beach rentals! It was great for letting them run around and burn some energy. Everything at the house was beautiful and very clean. My 17 year old daughter's only suggestion is more mirrors, she had chosen one bedroom for the view but had to use a different bedroom to do her hair and makeup. There was plenty of space and the house has everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay - 11/10 stars for sure. I was sad to come home!

Beautiful house. Clean and spacious. Very quiet community. Pool was excellent. Private dock on the channel was perfect for fishing. View from the deck overlooking the channel was very nice. Less than 10 mins from tons of restaurants and stores. 2 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend. 10/10 would definitely stay there again.

Unbelievable Homeowner Robby

First, I did not have the opportunity to stay at this lovely home. Unfortunately hurricane Ian barreled through right before my stay. Robby was in constant contact with me days before the storm and immediately after with pictures and videos of the home and Cherry Grove area. His honesty and compassion of the situation exceeded my expectation. He also assisted in helping me to get a full refund including the VRBO fees. If anyone deserves the title of premier host, its him. Looking forward to staying here in the near future especially with a great host who truly care about his guests.

Best place we have stayed with VRBO

The property, inside and out was very clean even being near the ocean. The kitchen was very well appointed with silverware, dishware, pots, pans, glasses, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, everything you need for the week. The pool is not heated and our stay at the end of September was a little too cool for that but we will use it next time for sure. The dock was great for easy access to the canal. Furniture was all in good condition and comfortable. The owner was very communicative including updating us on Hurricane Ian as it was approaching. Our one suggestion is to change a couple of the rooms from double full beds to kings. The space is tight with the two beds and the house only fits 10 people despite having beds for 16. We will for sure be staying here again! Thank you Robby!

Lovely home and location

Home exactly as pictured. Great set up, perfect location and beautiful view. My family enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and our short walk to the beach. Robby was a wonderful host and would absolutely stay here again!

Honeymoon Stay

The property was gorgeous...pool just warm enough to enjoy! The house was clean and comfortable. Robby was super nice and great with communicating. I will definitely be staying here again and I recommend this house for a perfect vacation in North Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful house!

Our family really enjoyed ourself at the house. There was everything imaginable in the house. The beach was close to the house. We ended up driving to Myrtle Beach daily, which was a little hike up the road. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The layout of the house was very nice. The steps were a little hard on my elderly parents, but would definitely stay there again. Robby was great to work with and answered all my questions right away. The golf cart was also a great way to get to places if you didn’t want to walk. It was very quiet and the neighbors we met were nice. Please consider renting this property, you won’t be disappointed!!

Awesome Beach House

Absolutely amazing property!!

I stayed at Robby's property with my parents and our two dogs and I cannot say enough good things about our vacation. The house was absolutely perfect with updated appliances and plenty of space for the 3 of us to spread out. The outside space couldn't be nicer. We loved lounging by the pool and watching the birds fish along the canal. The fenced in yard was perfect for the pups to run around and lounge in the shade when they got too hot in the sun. We ate all of our meals outside either at the table on the deck or on the picnic table under the house - we even watched Bravo one night on the outdoor TV. The pool got sun until mid afternoon and then we would switch to sit on the deck on the other side of the house and read or have cocktails in the sun. The house is a quick walk to the beach - super easy and convenient. We loved how quiet North Myrtle Beach was and truly enjoyed everything about our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Perfection for the WHOLE family!

This was our favorite vacation home! It offers something to entertain all age groups! We loved fishing off the floating dock, playing in the pool, having an outdoor movie night, swinging on the swing and short walks to a beautiful beach. It is clear that Robby has thoughtfully included all the comforts of home that vacationers appreciate! His communication skills are prompt and clear. The home exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The local community is also comfortable and VERY affordable for families. We will be back!
