Townhouse is in a nice community - easy to walk to VA Beach boardwalk & local restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Listing is exactly as shown. Bath towels provided are small so for a larger individual you may want to bring your own. Overall, a nice stay.

Family Summer Getaway

Very spaceous and mondern rental. Just a few short blocks to the beach. Well stocked rental with convenient extras that made the stay pleasant. The arcade game in the loft was a hit with the kids! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Virginia Beach!

We had a wonderful time during our few days in Virginia Beach. The place was just as described and perfectly met our needs. Our kids enjoyed the games and easy walk to the beach. The space was clean, spacious, and kid/dog friendly. So convenient for walking to the boardwalk, eateries, and, of course, the beach.

The property is very well located (near most of the happening areas, walkable amazing restaurants etc), and it is very well maintained. The property management was easy to reach and we’re helpful whenever we had any queries.

Tournament/ quick break

We look forward to this trip each year. It is a great way to kick off the spring. We did really well at the tournament. We will use this momentum to start the freestyle and Greco season.

Very clean property close to sports complex

We had a nice short stay last week. Very pleasantly surprised at how cute and clean the rental was. It’s exactly as pictured! Was only a few blocks from the VA Sports complex. Will definitely rent again if we need to return to the area.

We had trouble getting into the home and a technician had to come assist. Turns out the lock needed a new battery. We also had some initial trouble reaching someone to help. Kitchen was fine - well equipped. The toaster oven had to cleaned since old food was still attached.

Beautiful Property

My family and friends just loved the house! It was even prettier in person. It was very clean and the size of the rooms were fabulous. I would highly recommend this property!! We didn’t want to leave.

Beach Getaway

This was a beautiful stay with family! A 10-15 minute walk to the beach and various restaurants. Having a grill to bbq was wonderful. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the top balcony which was an unexpected surprise! We enjoyed the 3 level townhome with the rooms on the second and third floors. When we began getting sleepy, family in the first floor didn’t disturb others due to location. Will definitely consider in the future when I come back to the area.

Beach Vacation

We arrive at the house Monday evening. The house appeared to be clean and very nice. We inspected the appliances. The refrigerator had what looked like cottage cheese on one of the shelves so we cleaned it out . The dishwasher had standing water in the bottom that smelled awful. So we went and got dishwasher cleaner and ran a full cycle but it still didn’t help. I made the host aware of the situation. His suggestion was for me to unclog the filter. His only other contact with me was to see if I was parked in the wrong parking space which I wasn’t. I had 2 spaces for 1 car. The living room furnishings need updating otherwise it was a very nice house. Beds were comfortable. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad.

Dance competition at the beach

We stayed for 6 nights while in Va beach for a dance competition at the convention center. Excellent location and just a a few blocks from the convention center. Also about a 10 min walk to the beach and a short drive to a very nice grocery store (Harris teeter). House was beautiful . Loved the kitchen and beds were super comfortable. Would suggest adding a few amenities like more knives in the kitchen ( there weren’t any steak knives and a few large knives but only 1 paring knife), a blender and a gas grill since there is only a charcoal grill. Loved that they provided beach chairs, umbrella and some sand toys! Beach towels would also be nice but luckily we brought our own. The internet went down frequently. We would definitely stay again ! Thank you!!

Relaxing and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come back and stay! The accomodations were brand new and we spent most of our time in the living room and at the HUGE kitchen island while in the house. We did have a toddler and noted the steep stairs, but I brought my own gate and all was well. Anything we needed, Shepperd and Caroline were very quick to respond from the email letting me know we could check in early to the last minute request I had for a full size crib. We also used the concierge service and had Chef J. Ponder come and cook for us for dinner one night and WOW - what an experience. He is defintiely up and coming and should be an experience everyone tries at least once. Thanks so much for everything!

Awesome! Despite getting hit by a hurricane!

We had the misfortune of getting hit by the reminisce of Hurricane Ian, we ended up without power the first 24hrs of our stay. However, the home and the location were fantastic! And the host was very very easy to communicate with- especially during the craziness of our stay due to the hurricane! Would totally go back - with better weather

The perfect stay for a weekend in Virginia Beach

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everyone in our group commented on how lovely the townhouse is. Everything is as pictured in the listing or honestly even better in person. We were walking distance to everything we needed. The vibe district is a five minute walk and a great spot for morning coffee. I had to communicate with the host once and they were extremely quick with their response. All in all, fantastic stay. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Will be sharing the property info with our friends!

Very clean and new furniture. Overall everything was excellent quality. Only feedback would be its missing a few minor comforts like a salt/pepper shaker and some large bowls to make salads and such. We made do and overall enjoyed our time!
