The home is approximately 2000 sq ft. One story home located across the street from the golf course. The home is located in a gated commnunity. This is a 55 or older community in the Alamo Country Club. All utilities are included . The fees for the golf course, pool, driving range and activities within the Club and have a small fee. Golf $8. a round, Pool $5. a week. One person has to be 55 or older. This is a great location for someone in on business or pleasure. Events in ACC are in Chatterbox Paper in Club house for cards, games, pool times, dance lessons and the list goes on ….

All garbage and other items must be emptied, garbage disposal if for small amounts of garbage only. Golf cart has to be plugged in after each use.
All dishes must be washed in the dishwasher upon leaving and turned on...all beds stripped and placed in laundry sink.

We love the area and bought this home to retire. We lived in the community for a couple of years and another home came on the market and we decided to rent this home out and move to Lucy in the back of the subdivision. This is a Large home and great place to stay while in the area. We are located east of McAllen about 5 miles and south of San Antonio about 250 miles and south of Houston about 500 miles. Alamo is located on the border of Mexico and Texas. Crossing the border take exit 60 into Progresso one of the bridges that cross the border or the Rio Grande River. We have not had any trouble going or coming from Mexico...be sure to check with local authorties before crossing.

You will love the homes and yards are all very well kept in this area. Most of the people in this area are 55 years of age or older. They enjoy playing cards, playing golf, swimming and exercise.
