This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs unit at the Purple Parrot Village Resort located in a secluded area of the resort. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The living room includes all new furnishings is equipped with a television, DVD player, internet, and a memory foam sleeper sofa. The bedroom also contains a king bed, and a television. The kitchen is fully furnished and this vacation home includes a washer and dryer in the condo. **This condo now has a brand new tub/shower combination with safety bars and the decor has been updated throughout!
