Your family will love this gorgeously remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the second floor that has an incredible DIRECT OCEANFRONT view from a private balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves right from your living room & master bedroom.
Located in the A PLACE A THE BEACH condo complex in Atlantic Beach, NC. This unit was completely renovated from top to bottom; including new flooring and beautiful new granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms!
A walk down the private boardwalk on the property will take you right through the dunes and straight to the beach!

This property has everything you need to enjoy the perfect family vacation with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and of course an amazing outdoor 150ft water slide right on the property! Indoor pool and hot tub! The lovely courtyard is perfect for outdoor activities and games and includes a fun children's playground! Enjoy an on site basketball court, tennis court, mini golf and a large courtyard to play around in!
Multiple charcoal & gas grills are located conveniently on the property.

The property is just minutes away from great family friendly attractions, including a short 1 mile trip to Fort Macon State Park and a 15 minute drive to the NC Aquarium or to Historic Beaufort Waterfront. 10 mins to Morehead city Waterfront.
There are elevators located centrally in each building & carts to assist with loading luggage.

This unit is on the 2nd story. There is an elevator and carts to assist with loading and unloading luggage. There is both a WASHER & DRYER inside the unit. Linens are included; Bed sheets and one bath towel set per guest. Feel free to bring any additional you feel you may need.

Up to 2 Parking passes & 6 guests permitted. No pets.

Direct ocean view from balcony was excellent. Great outdoor pool with a legit water slide that both adults and kids will enjoy. Excellent outdoor grills, mini golf and other sports activities made it great for the whole family. Highly recommend for a great family trip.

Best view in Atlantic Beach

This development had something for everyone and every weather- very nice indoor salt water pool and hot tub; super fun outdoor pol with water slide; playground; even mini golf. Our unit was clean and comfortable, spacious for our family of 3, easy access to the beach access but not so close as to be noisy. And, an incredible view on the private deck. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Awesome Ocean View

This is the third year we have stayed in this condo. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and well supplied, The owners are quick to reply to any inquiries. The direct ocean view is awesome! Our family enjoys vacationing at A Place at the Beach. In addition to the beach, there are many other amenities including the pools, mini golf and food trucks.

Anniversary weekend getaway! Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Nicely decorated, and great location---right on the oceanfront, and only a very short distance to the sand :) Loved sitting out on the balcony while enjoying the oceanfront view. The outside pool was clean and well managed. The indoor pool and hot tub weren't available because of previous hurricane damage. We love Atlantic Beach, and would return to this condo again.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this property. Newly remodeled with beautiful decor, it was perfect for our family. The deck overlooks the beach and ocean (awesome view). Also, just a quick walk to the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better location on the property. The Rockwell’s were a pleasure to work with. This was our first time to Atlantic Beach and we hope to return with the hopes of staying here again!

The location is great, short walk to beach, lots of activities for families on the property, indoor pool was freezing- we utilized the indoor hot tub. Unit was updated, the secondary shower hot water didn’t work- which we alerted the owner about. Overall a good stay, we would stay there again.

Short summer getaway

The condo itself had an amazing oceanfront location and the neighborhood had great amenities including an amazing pool with water slide- my 4 year old loved it! Kitchen and dining areas were great- bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty spacious. Everything could use a little updating but the entire community itself is older.

Great location! Good ocean view. When we arrived, the condo had not been cleaned. The office couldn't help us because they don't manage this condo. We finally got in touch with the owner who got it cleaned for us that evening. The cleaning company brought us a gift card as an apology. I would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

You'll LOVE staying here. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and stylish. The amenities are fantastic—indoor pool, hot tub, and outdoor pool with a long slide. We went as a ladies (long) weekend, but would highly recommend if you have children. The added bonus of this condo is the direct view of the ocean from the deck! Gorgeous! I truly hope to get the opportunity to return to this condo in the future.
