1st floor unit in the great Summerwinds complex. Master Bedroom has a king size bed with 32' flat screen TV w/ DVD. Guest room #2 has a Queen sized bed and Guest room #3 has two twin bunk beds, perfect for kids! Living Room has plenty of seating and a 42' flat screen TV w/ Blue-Ray DVD.
Kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops, and SS appliances. Tastefully decorated and well appointed, this condo is located at SW complex where you can enjoy three outdoor pools, one heated salt- water indoor pool at the indoor sports complex & two hot tubs. Have fun playing tennis, racquetball, or walking the beach searching for shells or watching the dolphins play out in the waves. Gated community with 24-hour security. Numerous amenities to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in our condo.

Exceptional! Can't say enough good things about this place! It was clean, well stocked kitchen, GREAT location in the complex. We were steps away from the pool, the beach and the indoor pool and game room! I had to contact Nicole for a little problem the first night but she handled it immediately. Great owner! Thanks Nicole!

Great place with a view

Excellent spot right in the middle of the island. Clean and well decorated, also well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and lots of games to play if its rainy. Owner communication was amazing and check-in was super easy.

Wonderful beach getaway for entire family

carey and Tom have a beautiful beach condo and have made usfeel so very welcome during our stay. Everything was perfect: starting with the great decoration of the condo, to the groundfloor acces to community pool and just steps from the beach. Our kids (7 and 9) loved the ocean, we enjoyed the easy atmosphere, and would love to come back next year.

Nice condo on the beach

Well appointed spacious condo , on the first floor of a multi floor building . Steps from a nice pool and a few steps more from lovely Indian Beach . Beautiful surf, and a wide beach full of shells . Had fun exploring the surrounding towns . Looking forward to a return trip.

The location of the unit was A+! First floor, privacy, close to the beach, pool. The unit had everything you could need for your stay. We went to Beaufort and Emerald Isle to visit with friends.

Why they chose this property

Our family has vacationed in the Emerald Isle area for more than ten years and we have stayed at many places in that time. We came across Summerwinds several years ago and it was just perfect for our family! They have more of a 'resort' feeling by all the amenities on the property. We just always enjoyed our time here and felt very grateful that we were able to purchase a condo in this community.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has had a complete renovation. We have continued to make improvements each year for our guests enjoyment. Being a 1st floor unit, it is great to pull up, unload your stuff and walk out the back right to the main pool and beach access. Very easy access to everything within the complex.
