Our rental property offers a new 3 bedroom mini-home with 1.5 bathrooms providing comfortable accommodations for a group of six. The spacious master bedroom contains a queen bed with a double bed in the other two bedrooms. A beautifully decorated living room awaits you to sit and enjoy your surroundings with a picturesque view of the Fortune River which is home to a local oyster farm, and Bay Fortune’s culinary destination, The Inn at Bay Fortune, owned and operated by the popular Chef Michael Smith.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, double sink, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, cookware, and other items that you might require during your stay with us. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, and linen are provided. Fortunate View Summer Home also features: Air conditioning Large deck with BBQ and patio furniture TV with satellite service Wireless internet Washer and dryer Clothesline Beach chairs Outdoor fire pit with starter firewood with additional firewood provided with a minimal fee and Playpen and highchair available upon request.

Fortunate View Summer Home is proudly owned and operated by us...Adam and Marla Townshend.
Adam is a 4th generation potato farmer who shares in the operation of the family farm. He too is the sole proprietor of Eastern Crop Supplies and distributor of fertilizer products. Marla is a Registered Nurse who is currently in the midst of completing her Masters in Nursing to continue her career as a Nurse Practitioner. Together, we have a beautiful infant daughter.
Born and raised in Prince Edward Island, we are proud to call Bay Fortune our home. Located minutes from Fortunate View Summer Home, we are easily accessible to respond to your needs while you stay with us.
