Pelican Beach resort is a family friendly complex!

Voted #2 South's Best Beache! This is JUST RELEASED BY SOUTHERN LIVING'S top 10 Southern Beach Towns. Not surprisingly. "There's probably a reason why the water here is a slightly different shade of gorgeous than just about anywhere else along the Florida Panhandle. But we would rather take it in than figure it out. Still known as "the Luckiest Fishing Village", destin has become much more than that, offering great variety in terms of lodging, dining, and nightlife.

'BABS BEACH 2' , is a premium condo on the 14th floor. What a fabulous view!. Right on the beach with an unobstructed view! Tile floors throughout. You can have your morning coffee on the balcony and look at the sugar white sandy beach and the brilliant aquamarine water. See the sunrise, watch the dolphin play, see pelicans dive, and the manatee swim. Look left and look beach, beach!!
AND OF COURSE......WIFI!!
One master bedroom and twin bunk beds in the hall. Pull out couch with a queen bed for any extra persons. Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a tub and shower. Second full bath with a walk in shower is off the hall. Master bedroom has a flat screen t. As well as a flat screen tv in the living area. Living area has sliding screen doors to the balcony. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean! The updated kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring the chef! The dining area seats 4 and the two bar stools add two more quests. The loving area is quite spacious with floor length mirrors to enhance the view! All the comforts of home!

Arrival is easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the elevator to the 14th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your dates approaches. Don't worry about loosing your keys at the beach. For security no one has the code but you! The code changes with each guest and will change when you leave. So take everything when you leave. You won't be able to get back in!

Wife’s birthday weekend and we enjoyed our first stay in Destin. The location was perfect for walking around to coffee and food. The beach was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and had a beautiful view. The elevator situation was a bit nerve racking but it is what it is.

The stay here was exactly what we were expecting and saw on the listing. The balcony view was amazing and you could see everything well. We even got to see some dolphins playing while packing to leave. The location was one of the best parts with resturants and activities being only a mile or two away. We plan to book this condo again.
