Cute & Relaxing

Rental was perfect for us and at the very end of the development and close to US 19 and right off County Line Road. View of the pond in front and on the side of the rental is very tranquil and allowed us to enjoy daily visits from the local friendly feathered residents. The rental is very comfortable which the Landlord is tastefully updating. Also enjoyed the screened lanai during the evenings. Would definitely rent again or recommend to family & friends.

Why they chose this property

It's very clean, in a quite neighborhood at the end of the street with no neighbors in your view, other than ducks & a resident kitty outside your front door. It's close to many of the fabulous amenities that this Florida area has to offer. It was my cousins home... she lost her battle with breast cancer & I decided to keep it in the family and share with others to enjoy as well.
