This beautiful, newly renovated Gulf view, Majestic Sun 701B, vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort, is located directly across from the beach on the seventh floor and sleeps a total of 10. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this three-bedroom, three-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV on the HD flat-screen. The sleeper sofa in the living area is brand new and can comfortably accommodate up to two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to six comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony, an HD flat-screen TV, a private bath, and can sleep two. The second bedroom is a queen suite with an HD flat-screen TV, a private bath, and can sleep two. The third bedroom can sleep up to four guests with two double-sized beds and an attached bathroom. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer and sleeps a total of 10.

At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.*

We have always enjoyed our stays at Majestic Sun. Condo was very spacious and clean. It was nice that there were a few beach chairs and umbrella to use on the beach.

Great stay!

Easy to find location, great parking options & very clean well kept property! Loved they supplied the basics until we could purchase some for our own. The balcony ocean view was stunning, rooms were very tidy & had everything needed for an extended stay- only complaint is not having comforters/blankets & the master bed could be more comfortable :/. They provided sheets and very thin blankets but after being sun burnt, we needed something heavier. Overall a wonderful stay and we plan to return in October!

We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed staying in this condo! There are several areas with chips and nicks taken out of baseboards and the master bathroom cabinet but that didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The host was so pleasant to deal with.

The range takes forever to heat up and bake things~frozen pizzas specifically.2. The dishwasher is not the best.3.The couch is not very comfortable.4. There is no pizza cutter.Overall these things are very minor (except the range-we had the same issues with it last year) but thought they were worth mentioning. I would highly recommend the Majestic Sun and this particular unit.

Great Beach Time

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The technology worked quite well so that we could get work done with minimal effort. Beach access was so incredibly easy. We were welcomed wholeheartedly into the nightly pickleball games. The only negative: we love to cook after a day on the beach and then go out after. We had to go out for dinner every night because the kitchen just was not adequate for cooking a meal for our group. Again, not a huge thing since most people want to go out, but it will probably lead us to rent a different condo simply because we like to cook.

Great place & great area

Our room & the area were great. Glass Casa was very hard to get the information I needed from. I am used to having instructions on what to do from start to finish & did not have this with them. The email links they sent did not work & neither did the app they had. I was able to talk on the online chat to get what I needed but that was about it. Highly recommend the room/area but there was also no front desk to communicate with.
