Welcome to this 9th-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, Majestic Sun 914A vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at the sought-after Seascape Resort! Look no further for your perfect vacation rental! Situated on the ninth floor, walking out to your over-sized balcony, your gulf views are as far as the eye can see.


Majestic Sun 914A is a corner unit that allows for privacy while letting in more light with the extra side windows. The GULF FRONT master bedroom is gorgeous with a king-size bed and a large master bathroom. The second bedroom is a queen suite with a spacious queen-size bed, HDTV, and private bath. The third room has 2 full beds, a TV, and an attached bath, perfect for kids or parents with young kids. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa sleeper that is great for extra guests. There are three full bathrooms. This vacation rental has a washer and dryer in the unit and can sleep up to 10 guests.


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart and bike rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. We had a great family vacation. Great location. This place had everything that we needed. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed this year but that couldn’t be helped. Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

PROS: Great location! Amazing views!!! Easy and ample parking. Plenty of space for a family. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. Pool and gym are easy to access. Great walking path right in front of the building. Management was quick to respond when needed and even showed up later after hours when the keypad was broken.CONS:Needs some updating, Master bed has large "dips" and so does the living room couch. Sinks and showers drained slowly. A/C /Heating unit ran loudly at all times. While this unit was fine, we would probably not stay there again knowing that there are units within the same building with more amenities (beach towels, coffee...)and updates.

Gorgeous condo with excellent views!

The condo was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Very central to lots of stores and places to eat! The kids totally enjoyed the pool and everyone enjoyed the beach. Beautiful white sand!!

We enjoyed the stay. The view was incredible from the balcony. The only frustrating part was the limited elevator space. It was a decent wait at times to catch the elevator.

Family Vacation

Very clean, furniture was nice, all 3 the bedrooms had comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, the condo had plenty of space it was very open. The 2 beach chairs need to be replaced, they are rusted, so I suggest take your own or rent the chairs & umbrella from the beach rental. We loved the place, will definitely be coming back.

Great Place!!

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The check in process was the best I have ever experienced. There was plenty of dishes and lots of extra utensils and such for cooking. Honestly the only issues we had at all was of the toilets don’t flush well. We had to plunge them several times especially the master bath and the main sliding glass door is VERY hard to open and close.

I specifically chose it for the heated pool, which was great for the kids since we were not traveling during beach weather. Common areas are big so it doesn't feel cramped and the view is beautiful. Covenient to everything we were doing in the Destin area but felt peaceful at night. I recommend stopping at Publix on your way in to stock up on groceries, to just enjoy the home and beach once you arrive.

Summer vacay

We had an awesome time in Majestic Sun 914A! Weather wasn’t all that great the entire week, only had 2 good sunny days so we spent a lot of time inside. The condo was very clean, spacious (all 6 of us could sit and watch a movie comfortably in the living room) and accommodating with all the amenities needed for your home away from home! The view from the balcony was spectacular and the pool and hot tub felt great after a long day at the beach! The 2 lounge chairs and large umbrella were also a very helpful addition for our party of 6. The host was also very helpful and responsive! Definitely recommend this property and we will be back!

Reviewer Comments: You never know what you get with online rentals, but this unit exceeded already high expectations - comfortable, easy access, everything we needed. The accommodation was only exceeded by the service. From the time of rental, during the stay, to after check-out folks at Glass Casa were responsive, easy to reach, very accommodating and seemed invested in making sure the stay was great. A small issue with a sink that drained slow was addressed successfully within 10 minutes of my call. Several shirts were left in a drawer, but with one call, no muss no fuss, wheels were put in motion to have them shipped back to me. Highly recommended.

When we arrived, "easy listening" music was playing in every room, which was a nice touch! Only recommendation is to provide a broom and dustpan. We wanted to sweep the floor since sand was getting everywhere, but all we could find was a vacuum. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. :)

Great location and plenty of space

Loved our week at Majestic Sun. This was our 4th time to Destin and 2nd time at Majestic Sun. The condo is nice. We enjoyed having enough space for 6 of us…3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect. Kitchen had all the necessities. Enjoyed being on a corner space. Enjoyed the pool since it was double red flags a couple of days. Workout area was a nice feature. Beach access was easy to get to and not too large of a space to get through to access the beach front. It is right next to public access so it did get busy at times but not so bad it ruined the days. We enjoyed walking down to shop at some of the stores nearby which was nice not having to drive. Plenty of parking in the garage. Easy access to both main strip and back road along beach front. Thank you for a great week!

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay! The only negative things we can say are the beds are too soft (but some may like that), the dining chairs a wobbly (which is fine, we just don’t want anyone to get hurt in the future, the couches are older and not very comfortable but we weren’t in the condo much. Also, the front door was hard to open and close. We did notice that the actual door frame was coming apart from the wall (might need to make maintenance aware). The condo is VERY clean, the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. The laundry room was great to have and worked well. All appliances worked well and were used daily. The view is amazing and the amenities were perfect for our vacation. This location is perfect for the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would rent this condo again.

Wonderful Experience

Communication with the company from the get go was excellent. If I had a question or concern they answered me with 24 hours. The directions and check-in was easy. The room itself is located in a good spot with easy access and views of the beach. It was clean, roomy, tv had great channel's. If we didn't bring our own kitchen supplies they did give good starter stuff like dish soap, dishwasher pods, clothes washer pods, toilet paper and paper towels. The linen was clean, the apartment was clean. Even behind the resort had beautiful scenery, like the pond and bridge over the pond. I will definitely be teaching out to stay with the company again at Seascape. It was all my family and I hoped it would be.

Great for families!

Our family of 10 stayed comfortably in this unit. We had 3 babies under the age of 3, so we needed plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as far as utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment. We made very good use of the washer and dryer, especially with all the babies’ clothes and bedding. The location is super convenient to the beach and restaurants. The pool is very nice, and even on the busiest days, we didn’t feel too crowded. In addition, the pool was always manned by a security person. As for the unit, it is older, but it has been kept up for the most part. The bathrooms need some attention, especially the one in the master bedroom. I found mold along the ceiling of the shower and neither sink had a working stopper—I was careful not to drop anything down te drain! Overall, I would stay here again.

In preparation of the holiday week we rented “premium” beach chairs with umbrellas. Signs throughout the beach state no canapys in front of a certain area. (Basically in front of the front beach chairs). This is not enforced as we had to ask several families to not set up in front of our front position. We could not see the children for safety reasons. All would be great if this was enforced. People would put beach chairs in front of you all day. Sad. Will not ever go back.

October Destin trip

Beach access could be better explained and a way to wash off sand before entering the condo, would have been a plus . A Very clean condo but decor dated and the furniture passable except for single chair which was dirty & you sank to the floor . We only used the stove top and even though clean the eyes were unstable . Having the electric skillet saved us . The patio doors were difficult to open and close .Glass door in the master bathroom, needs adjusting , as it hits when closing . This will eventually get broken.I would think twice before using this condo again , unless updated . But it was clean !
