Welcome to our warm and cozy1 bedroom/ 1 bath Studio Apartment in historical Butchertown! Guests will love the kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops! The remodeled bathroom is modern with beautifully chosen tile and stone plus a rain shower! The studio has one queen bed and a couch that folds out to a full bed in order to sleep 4 guests. It is a perfect spot to access all that Louisville has to offer! The apartment is located in the Butchertown area of Louisville within walking distance to many of the city’s best restaurants, bars, craftbeer pubs, galleries and boutiques. It is also within minutes to the Ohio River RiverFront Park where you can enjoy walking and bike paths. The KFC YUM! Center is 1.3 miles away so guests can take in a Louisville Cardinals Game, visit the Muhammad Ali Center or visit the Louisville Slugger Museum. We are 7.8 miles from the Exposition Center for those visitors coming for events there.

Amazing VRBO!

My stay at this VRBO was great! I had an extended stay of 30 days and Susan was wonderful to communicate with. I didn’t experience any issues and the location was super easy to get to. There’s also a wonderful pizza place, Lupo’s, nearby. The VRBO itself is very clean, organized, and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place!

My stay here was great. First off, the place is beautiful. Amazing touches throughout. So much so it gave me ideas for my house! Susan was so great! She gave me ideas for places around the area and even answered the phone at 1am after we had a long day and issues getting there which was so helpful. The soaps smelt amazing! The bathroom and kitchen were to die for and she had plenty of touches for everyone...coffee, creamer, a bunch of different teas. I will definitely be looking to rent this again when I come down for Bourbon trail. Thanks Susan!

AMAZING!

Don’t hesitate to book here! I was on a clinical rotation and spent 2 months here. The host (Susan) was great. Responded quickly and very helpful. Great central location, 6min drive to downtown and 25min walk to Nulu area. The actual place is even better than the pictures. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Louisville - Butchertown for the Summer

Absolutely loved staying here during my internship this summer. Property was in the perfect location for me - 15 minute drive to work, and mere minutes from stores, social life, downtown and the riverfront. Plenty of parking along the street or directly behind the property. BBQ and patio with awesome chairs in the back that allowed me to grill all summer. Susan was responsive to anything I needed by text. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Louisville next summer.

Wonderful stay

I am a veterinary student and I stayed at this location for a full month! I felt completely safe the whole time I was there! The apartment is beautifully decorated and super clean! It is well stocked with everything you could need. Location is right near some amazing restaurants and bars. The owner is super responsive if you ever need anything while you are in town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
