142m2 duplex for 6 people On the ground floor of the duplex, a laundry area (open on the outside but covered) with a sink, can extend the laundry for drying. The kitchen overlooks the living / dining room which opens onto a veranda and a private garden. On the ground floor is also a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite with bath. The 2 bedrooms feature open onto a terrace.
