Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with private pool, 300 m from the sea, close to the beach of Bain Boeuf and 10 minutes from Grand Baie. <br><br>Large living room/kitchen/dining room that overlooks the pool, air-conditioned during the day by a solar air conditioner.<br><br>The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.<br>The private garden includes a shaded parking space for your car.<br>A generator takes over in the event of a power cut and allows the entire villa to be powered.<br><br>From October 1, 2025, the Mauritian government is implementing a tourist tax of 3 euros per day per person, except for children under 12 years old.

Ein tolles Haus und super Unterstützung durch die Verwaltung (Eliott). Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Praktisch der Generator bei Stormausfall! Auch den Service der Reinigungskraft (sehr sympatisch und genau) haben wir geschätzt.

Nous avons passés des excellents séjours et de bonne fête dans cette villa magnifique et charmante.

Nous sommes heureux de notre séjour au villa, l'accueil est excellente et l'endroit est calme, plutôt serein. Nous conseillons des amis à passer des vacances dans ce villa magnifique et nous retournerons bien avec notre famille un jour sans hésitation. Tout est complet et super bien aménagé. Bravo au proprio et à l’hôtesse d’accueil. Excellent travail.
