The Lodge, a 4 star detached cottage renovated recently, is set in the grounds of a 17th century Château, in Pouech, 10 minutes away from St Girons in the Ariege region. This holiday home is comfortable with all modern conveniences, 3 spacious double bedrooms, and cots also available.
In a quiet location, with great views of the Pyrenees, with an independent garden and terrace, access to children play facilities (slide, trampoline, maze).
It is an ideal environment to enjoy the fresh mountain air, hiking and cycling, skiing, climbing, paragliding, water sports, horseback riding. The cottage is close to many attractions including the medieval town of St Lizier, the Chateau de Foix, the Mas d'Azil cave, various animal parks, etc.
This area is famous for its cheese and honey with plenty of boutiques nearby, and within walking distance in the village.

We are Dalila and Pete, and our children Emilie and Sidney. We renovated the Château ourselves in 2007-2009 and converted the Lodge into a holiday cottage in 2014. We are passionate about hiking and mountains. We speak English and French.
