Located in Santec, in Finistère, our two holiday rentals are classified as 3-star. They are situated by the sea, close to the GR 34, shops, and ideally positioned between Morlaix, Roscoff, and Saint-Pol-de-Léon. From Roscoff, a 10-minute crossing also allows you to reach the Île de Batz.

Upstairs, a bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm has its own shower room and separate toilet, ensuring independence for everyone.

The enclosed garden, with garden furniture and barbecue, is ideal for children and your pets.

The entrance leads to a kitchen equipped with a classic / Nespresso coffee machine, open to the dining area and the living room with television.

This level includes a shower room and separate toilet.

Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a wardrobe. A small space under the slope, like a teepee, 1.60 m high, with an additional bed for a young child.
