Great location and great value

Super location with ability to park your car right outside the house for easy unpacking/packing. Close to shops and restaurants and short walks to local beaches. The stairs to the mezzanine where there is a single bed in the eaves (as in the pictures on their website) are very steep. Super value.

Lovely Carantec

We spent 4 nights in Catherine's house. It is very clean and cosy and we felt comfortable. We loved going on walks including to the island. We swam at the beach (a bit cold). We enjoyed going to the market today. A lovely place to stay and explore.

I have been coming to this area for 35 years and have never had a better home for my stay. I would recommend this to everyone but beware there are some 13 steepish stairs to the bedroom.

Carantec Stay

Check in with Catherine was simple and the house was Very clean and tidy with all necessary utensils and machines that we would need. The property is just a stones throw from the bakery and local store and just 300m from the beach. The area is served by a free bus which runs very regularly between the town centre and the nearby Yelloh Camping site with other stops enroute

relaxed stay in a comfortable little house in the centre of Carantec

We got a warm welcome from Mrs L'her when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay very much, the weather was perfect, going to the beach, having an apéro in the evening and nice dinners in good restaurants and a little grocery - everything reachable by foot! Our hosts were really gentle and caring: whenever we had a problem, it was sort out at once.

Third visit to this property and once again no problems to me. Be sure you can reverse park though or use the very adjacent public car park. Hope the vine gives a good vintage this year.

Wonderful host, fabulous location

Catherine our host met us on arrival and has a wonderful apartment. She gave us all the necessary information that we needed for a successful week of touring. The location is right in the center of Carantec and you can walk to all the necessary shops. The town also has a large supermarket within a very short drive, We had a wonderful week and would return to Catherine's well equiped apartment.
