Halekai III by GSVR | Amazing Renovation Coming Fall 2025! | Sleeps 42

If you loved Halekai III before, you won't believe what is coming. At the end of this top to bottom renovation it will have 12 bedrooms, 13.5 baths. Each of the bedrooms will have its own bathroom, and including the pair of top floor bunkrooms, it will accommodate up to 42 people.

Sorry, no events including bachelor and bachelorette parties, and no groups under the age of 25.

Enjoy two full kitchens, including one custom designed for catering, ideal for entertaining a crowd. Media Room and 3 living rooms + 2 bonus rooms, each floor has common space area so you can spread out and enjoy the luxury! The private wrap-around balconies will amaze you. Each bedroom enjoys spectacular views of the Gulf or Lagoon, has its own deck. Private hot tub is perfect touch on one of the many decks. On the ground level you'll find a large private pool, and a big outdoor living space. This area is also perfect for outdoor entertaining. Pool heat are available for $60/day from October through April.

Teens can have their own private refuge on 3rd floor with two bunk rooms plus a game room with a large screen TV and kitchenette. This breathtaking home is located at the quiet end of West Beach, just a few hundred feet from the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. Bring the entire family and then some - everyone sleeps under one roof with private dedicated baths, 2 master suites and plenty of places for the kids.

Great for Corporate Off-Sites, Church Retreats and Family Reunions.

PLEASE NOTE: We rent from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the summer season, holidays have a 4 night minimum.

Amazing Family House

We stayed at Halekai III last week. We brought 27 family members from Oklahoma and Texas, ages 1 month to 53 years old. Everyone had the trip of a lifetime! The beach is completely uncrowded, the kitchen and greatroom became the gathering place for everyone each day and with living space on each floor, even with 27 people, the house NEVER felt crowded. The sound of the sea and the views from the balconies were balm to our souls. This is a blessed place and we hope to stay again next year!

Oven in catering kitchen not working properly. Dryers took forever to work!

This home was the highlight of the vacation as this had everything that all age group wanted. It was clean and spacious and more room than we all needed but with the current Covid situation gave us all our own space that we could safely enjoy. The only negative is the property was far from the food so to pick up food daily was an event and we spend a few hours daily getting food for everyone.

Perfect house for a small wedding

We came across this house a little under a year ago. Figured it was a great fit for what type of wedding we wanted to have. Small and simple on the beach. Unfortunately with the Covid 19 thing going on it caused all the beaches to be shut down. Thankfully this place has an awesome large space under the house that we were able to use to have the ceremony followed by the reception. Everything was perfect. It's a ways away from everything except a few neighbors which were of no bother. Had a few maintenance issues that were resolved in a timely fashion. The only minor flaw was the grill was way gross and had no tools to clean it. Besides that I would highly reccomend the place. Very spacious and good for large groups.

We'll check out the grill. It may be that we just can't keep a gas grill there. We've replaced the tools multiple times and somehow no one wants to clean it after they've used it.

This was our first time visiting Gulf Sores, and we have decided that this will be our new vacation spot. The house was beautiful. It was more than big enough to accommodate our family and friends. The only downfall we noticed was the cleaning crew did not do the best job possible. Some areas were very dirty. Although we were somewhat dissapointed with this, we did not let it bother us! We all had an outstanding time and would definitely recommend this home to others. We would love to come back in the future!

The rooms were comfy and clean and the kitchens has everything we needed. We had a small wedding on the beautiful beach and a reception under the house...I could not have asked for a more perfect venue. Also, the owners were great at recommending local businesses and anything else we needed. We hope to be back for an anniversary!!

Wonderful vacation rental for a large group

This house is huge with three levels of living space and 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms. We have 23 people (12 adults and 11 kids) and it does not feel crowded at all. There are 4 sitting areas and kids den on top floor that kids stay there most of the time when they are in door. The heated pool and hot tub are very nice during the winter season. The beach is wonderful. A few minor issues that we noticed during our stay: 1) I wish the washer/dryer can be updated as it does take a long time to dry clothes. 2) Needs big pots or cookware for large parties.

This house needs a lot of TLC

The bedrooms had carpet that apparently had been wet from the storm and smelled. One of our family has Asthma and had to go to Urgent care twice for breathing treatments due to the air quality in those rooms. A dehumidifier was delivered to us but we were unable to use much because the air conditioning unit on the floor with seven bedrooms was not working for three days. Many spindles on the railing are rotted and in need of repair as well as the gate on the boardwalk. The oven door in the catering kitchen kept falling off when we opened. It is such a shame because it is a nice house in a beautiful location so very surprised it is not kept up.

Need more large pots and chairs on porches

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice for large groups lots of room. Two small changes the owners need to make. Each is a negative 1/2 star. 1. Not enough LARGE pots to cook for 36 people.We made out because a few in our family brought their large pots. I know the guest will not take care of the pots and pans, but the owner should plan to replace the pots and pans ever few years. Also you should add some steel serving/cooking spoons. The plastic ones are too flimsy to cook and serve with. Except for the pots and pans the plates and flatware was outstanding. 2. I know the porches are not to wide, but some "Cracker Barrel" or simple plastic chairs would be nice so one can sit on the porch and watch the ocean. There are seating at each corner of the porches.

What an Experience!

Huge home with tons of room for people to relax, entertain or just watch the ocean. Will definitely recommend. Only thing that could improve is the parking. Not enough room for how many guest can fit into the home and come and go as they please.
