Kiva Grand is a Beautiful Beachfront Custom Family Home on a 2 acre gulf front Kiva Dunes lot. It was designed for Luxury Family Living. Although the views and surroundings are indeed quite grand, comforts like a Really Big Kitchen, a Huge Pool Level Family Room with a 2nd Kitchen, a 20'x40' Gunite Pool & more were built with family gatherings in mind.

Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better. Sorry, Kiva Dunes is not one of the courses that participates in the free activities program but is available to play at normal rates. Free rounds are available at Gulf Shores Golf Club, Lost Key, and Soldier's Creek.

The Best of Gulf & Golf--Kiva Grand is a wonderful Vacation Rental House for gathering family & friends and now has a total of 9 bedrooms, 9 full baths. There are 7 Spacious Bedrooms with Private Bath & TV, plus a main floor bunk room for 3 with a hall bath, and a top floor bunk room for 2. Large open kitchen with 2 islands, room for lots of cooks and for everyone to eat in the same space. Huge recreation room opens to the pool area and offers a second kitchen, another large television surrounded by plenty of seating and more. Private beach side gunite pool and a hot tub. Large covered porches on all three levels of the house. And of course the fabulous sugar-white beach that lies beyond the 8,700+ of heated and cooled space.

On the main floor you'll find an expansive open living area that includes a main seating area, a fireside sitting room, space for everyone to dine together, a kitchen with an over sized refrigerator, two islands for cooking and serving, two dishwashers, and room for plenty of cooks. You'll have all of the dishes and serving pieces you need to live graciously during your stay. There is also a family room with a 73' television, a full bath, and a king bedroom with a private bath that is handicap friendly (it is not completely ADA compliant but has a roll-in shower. Next to the kitchen you will find the main floor bunk room with charming nautical decor.

The upstairs features six bedrooms, each with a private bath, plus a bunk room, and the smaller of the two laundries. The spacious Beach front King Master Bedroom opens to both a private and a shared porch. It's beautiful newly remodeled bath has two shower heads, a soaking tub and a double vanity. A second beach front King Bedroom also has a daybed and trundle and opens to the broad shared terrace, as does a smaller beach front King Bedroom. There is a bedroom with a pair of queen beds, a bedroom with one queen bed, and another bedroom with a pair of double beds. The bunk room has two built-in XL twins.

Below the main floor, at the same level as the pool, there is a recreation room complete with another large television and lots of seating, and a second full kitchen. You'll also find a full bath (convenient given the pool) and the larger of the two laundries. This level also opens to the garage where you will have 3 covered parking spaces. This family-friendly space has multiple doors that open to the covered porches on the east and north sides of the pool area. It is rare to find a pool area that offers spacious areas for both sun and shade but Kiva Grand has it!

You can reach all three levels of the house by both front and back stairs, as well as the elevator which is wonderful for grandparents, groceries and luggage!

Enjoy the feeling of being away from it all, then pop over to the Kiva Dunes Lodge for lunch or dinner. Watch dolphins from the porch or see who can find the best shells on the beach.

Sorry, no weddings, no exceptions to our maximum number of guests and no exceptions to our minimum rental age. We are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25.

We accept reservations UP TO 51 WEEKS before arrival. If the corresponding week this year has not passed, we cannot yet accept your reservation. This year's guests have an opportunity to rebook at the end of their stay. We do keep a waiting list for summer weeks.
