Great location! Cozy home with a mid-century flair in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Sarasota. Family friendly home with a fenced in back yard. The home is close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, bayfront, and beaches. The home is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, a 10 minute drive to St. Armands and Lido Key, and a 20 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. The home is also in walking distance from Payne Park and the Legacy Trail. This is great for biking and walking. One dog will be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $150.

This property is located just on the outskirts of downtown Sarasota and a very quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Sarasota has so much to offer! Downtown you will find two movie theaters, great restaurants, parks, a bowling alley, a marina, grocery stores, and much more. The neighborhood is located close to beaches and St. Armands Circle, which is known for shopping and restaurants. Just minutes from the Legacy trail and Payne Park.
