Summary:
Enjoy a stylish newly remodelled from top to bottom vacation at this 2 bedroom attached Villa in downtown Sarasota. Centrally-located in Laurel Park, walking distance to the heart of downtown Sarasota, restaurants, shops, the bayfront, Marie Selby Gardens, Burns Court & more. The master bedroom offers a comfortable King sized bed, the second bedroom has a pillow top queen mattress and the living room sofa opens out into a sofa bed. Brand new kitchen in 2023

The Space:
Enjoy complimentary parking right outside the attached Villa. Then put the car keys away. You can walk, bike, rent a scooter, hop on the free trolley that runs around downtown or even hop in an Uber anytime of the day/night.

The Villa has a brand new kitchen with gas stove, full size appliances and a table ready for 4 people to dine at.

Each bedroom has brand new furniture, with matching dressers and closets too.

The entire villa is tiled and no expense was spared on the remodel.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire Villa. You will also have your own front porch (open), rear porch (covered and screened) with a screen door and 3 steps down to a fenced and block pavered grilling area. Also enjoy the lie down beds on the pavered area too.
The rear porch offers a washer & dryer (please supply your own laundry detergent).

Laurel Park Villas: Just 2 blocks away is the playground and community park. This park has a beautiful gazebo and a newly designed playground for you to enjoy! Many children’s toys can be found there and played with. Please leave them behind for the next child.
Drinking fountain and shade cover with benches is available for your enjoyment too.

Other Things to Note:
The Villa is all on one level with 4 steps at the front porch and 4 steps at the rear porch. Parking is free & assigned right outside your front door.

Pets and smoking is not allowed. There will be an automatic $500 Fine for either. Any changes or cancellations occur a processing fee to cover credit card fees and 3rd party costs. Minimum $100.

Parties and loud/obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Exterior cameras are onsite.

Please do not lower the A/C under 72.

Please do not flush “flushable” wipes down the toilet.

We require a copy of your ID and an e-mail address prior to check in. We do request your anticipated arrival time so we can try to get you checked in early (if possible, not guaranteed) but if you don't provide us with any anticipated arrival time info, then standard check in time is 4pm. A bright, airy place close to downtown

Great location on a quiet dead-end street with minimal traffic. I grew up in Sarasota and this reminded me of the vintage Quick walk to all the downtown activities of Sarasota. The washer /dryer came in handy, as did the closeness of the fun Tamiami Tap cantina. Overall a great experience— would stay again!

Perfect location!

This is a beautifully updated duplex in a great centralized location and lovely, quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown and all the beaches and attractions. Very clean, AC works great and ceiling fans in bedrooms a plus. The only downside is that there are not easily accessible electrical outlets for today’s multiple devices needs. A charging station would be helpful.

The place is in downtown Sarasota, Laurel Park. It is a charming area that is minutes to just about everything. The master bedroom has a huge California king. The host was helpful and responsive. The rental had everything we needed and beach items I didn't even think of. We will certainly come back to stay.

What we valued and got from this listing was nice neighborhood, walking distance to downtown, comfortable beds and quiet. The furnishings were very basic but comfortable. It was a little cottage with front porch and back courtyard. Small kitchen, small bathroom. Three minute walk to a taproom was also great!

We chose this property for its location near family, but the stay did not meet expectations. There were multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues on arrival and during the stay, including incomplete cleaning and poorly maintained kitchen items. We also had safety concerns after hearing what sounded like gunshots for several hours our first night while traveling with a child and noted limited smoke detector coverage in a duplex. We contacted the host after the first night but did not receive a response until several days later and ultimately worked through Vrbo due to the lack of timely support.

Charming home in Laurel Park

Clean, cute home in a charming neighborhood. We booked last minute for spring break and had a wonderful stay. My teenagers wanted to be close to friends in Siesta Key and this worked out better than expected. Less than a 15 minute drive and very little traffic. Location was excellent for walking to restaurants, boutiques, and grocery. Only amenity missing was a dishwasher. Highly recommend this stay!

Sweet Little House

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks while I worked in various locations in Florida during the day and it was great for this. The location made it easy for her to walk to town or the Selby Gardens and also to get in and out of Sarasota by car fairly easily. Quiet location close to everything. This was the perfect house for the two of us, but was roomy enough to accommodate 2 or 3 more people if you don't mind sharing one bathroom. Very pleased.

Great quiet getaway

This property is very quiet and peaceful. Because of its location being close to downtown it was a great place to stay in order to get to anywhere in the city. The house was well stocked with supplies and very clean and comfortable! The only issue we had was the cable tv. It would not stay on in the living room, but that was ok because we were out and about most of the time we were there. So if you use the apps be sure to use your own passwords to sign in. We easily travelled to Lido Key, Siesta Key and out to shop at Mall on University. There were lots of debris due to the recent hurricanes, however, the city is doing a great job of getting it moved out. I highly recommend this place and our host, Lisa, was very prompt and accommodating. I hope to return and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
