Re modeled with Mexican Satillo tile throughout the property this beautiful southwestern property will be your home away from home.

As the Owner, I created a warm, friendly, comfortable and welcoming home environment because it's also my get-away haven.

'Casa Vega' is not a 'typical rental'. Furnished with a Southwestern theme, the colors and 'feel' of 'Casa Vega' encourage relaxation. It’s a one story spacious home in the Rancho Abrego development in Green Valley, AZ (on the fringes of Sahuarita) . It’s open and spacious with three beautiful bedrooms (one being on the other side of the house for privacy) and two generous-sized full bathrooms and 2 car garage.. The Southwestern furniture compliments the design of the home and the ambiance that is truly and uniquely Arizona. When you arrive at 'Casa Vega', you can immediately relax. The soothing earth tones of the home and simplicity of the interior design chase away your cares. The extremely comfortable pillow-top beds in every bedroom just beg for your head to rest on them, the full body massage chair in the living room is also a welcomed addition. New kitchen appliances, along with a new modern TV’s in all bedrooms. Also enjoy the wonderful new pergola with table and 6 chairs and a BBQ outside. Please reference amenities for more information.

*Please load/lock the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and run prior to leaving. Only use a small amount of dishwasher solution or one capsule. * Take Trash out and place in Brown Trash/recycle bin

Close Garage Door/turn light off Close but DO NOT lock inside door to garage. Place the garage clicker and pool key back on the hanger. Exit through the front door, press lock and confirm it’s locked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Even though the property is pet friendly the pet has to be fully house trained , non destructive and you must pick up after them outside.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our one week stay in the spacious three bedroom home. The location was great near shops and golf courses. We appreciated being able to record tv shows and the large collection of dvds.

Great experience!

Very comfortable home! Great location; clean. Everything we needed was readily available. Loved the artwork and tiles. From booking to communication with management to departure, such an easy process, friendly communications, clear instructions. Highly recommend!

Good family home

We stayed at Casa Vega for three nights with our extended family. The layout of house worked for our family well. The only complaint I have is that the patio, patio furniture and yard were not cared for.

Thanks for the review . I am glad you had a great time . The Patio furniture is actually new and metal so it should not wear out due to the sun. You had informed me that the umbrella was worn so that will be replaced even though it was only replaced 12 months ago. The umbrella tends to get left out and open which can dry out in the Sun so thanks for letting me know so I can replace the Umbrella.

Southwest vibe

The location was perfect for us, easy drive to Tucson and the border, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The house itself is very cute, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Rounded corners and southwestern decore really added to the experience. Gare was the perfect host and responded immediately to any questions that I had. Having an attached garage with automatic door was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

The listing was accurate in describing the house. It was very clean with all the amenities you need. The house was nicely furnished, and the bed was quite comfortable. After hiking, we enjoyed the massage chair! The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. Walmart and Safeway were nearby for shopping needs. The owner was very gracious and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed the nearby museums, hiking, the Colossal Cave, restaurants, and casinos. The local residents we spoke to were very friendly, helpful, and eager to offer suggestions. We have already recommended this home to our friends, and we have already reserved another stay in this wonderful home for ourselves.

Lodging in residential home

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in home green valley. Excellent location walking distance to swimming pool, Walmart, and eating facilities. Freeway close to home easy access. Home was very comfortable temperature wise. Single story, had problem with satellite dish but was resolved quickly with contact owner. Excellent ice maker in refrigerator holds large amount of ice. Only thing was one queen bed mattress was okay but not real comfortable. We would rent again in future.

Bruce Thanks for the nice review . It was a pleasue hosting you. Looked like the TV was simply changed to a different source which Im glad we were able to fix right away. All the beds have comfortable mattresses and the master is reversable for summer/winter , I'll send you a message and find out which one your guest thought was less comfortable, maybe its less firm or firmer than they are used to sleeping on. I will check to make sure it's nice and supportive. Look forward to seeing you again .

Disappointed

We stayed here for three months. The home is conveniently located. We found d the beds of lower end quality without mattress pads which we purchased for sanitary reasons. All hotels use these on their beds. We replace ed the drip pans on the stove as they were encrusted with grease. We replaced the kitchen trash can as the one furnished was broken. The garage contained many items that needed to be thrown out. (Dog bed, paint cans, and other things) the Chiminea was broken and unusable the outdoor furniture has deteriorated needing repair and paint. There is tile remnants that need removing. Yard needs to have bushes removed that have died and the weeds need to be removed. Tile work is lovely but the guides for sliding doors not installed. TV viewing was frustrating as it came from Caif. With no option for other viewing even at an additional charge. All in all we were disappointed with this rental for the price charged. Next year we are staying in Quail Creek for less money with wonderful amenities.

I appreciate your feedback and hope that your overall stay in Arizona was enjoyable. Your concerns regarding property maintenance are noted. As we had already discussed, the outdoor wood patio set is only 2 years old and very functional, but will soon be replaced with a metal set, which stands up better to the extreme temperatures in Arizona. Thank you for your feedback regarding this item. The Chiminea on the patio is ornamental only, and this will be indicated more clearly in the future. The extra items found in the garage are spare tile and paint for the house, to make it available for touch up or repairs, similar to what you may do at your own home. As well trained dogs are sometimes allowed on the property, a spare dog bed is also provided. The closet doors are installed from the top, as is appropriate for the type of flooring in the house, which would be damaged by installing bottom tracks. The satellite television provided includes a DVR, which allows for guests to record shows to watch later. Guests are allowed to modify and cancel recordings as they wish. There is no extra charge for television or DVR. Additionally, the property is cleaned and maintained in between tenants. My staff did not indicate that any items inside the house needed replacing or repair prior to your arrival. All bed linens are cleaned and sanitized between guests, as is done in hotels. I do understand that desired bed plushness varies from person to person and apologize if the mattress did not suit your preference but I can assure you that all three mattresses in every room are clean and very high quality brand names in which most people compliment . As I mentioned in our multiple and frequent correspondences, any issues brought to my attention would be addressed promptly, and any purchases you made for the house would be reimbursed if you submitted a receipt. It is not my intention as a host to have any guest maintain or make repairs to the property. You just have to ask, and I am always happy to do what I can to make your stay more comfortable. You had mentioned replacing a bulb while you were at Casa Vega that is a consumable item that could fail at anytime, I would have sent somebody out to replace the bulb if you had informed me prior to replacing. As this is a local home rental, I strive to provide my guests a cozy and personal experience for their stay, which you may not get from a hotel. I will keep your feedback in mind moving forward.
