Pool & Patio Overlook Beautiful Waterfront. NEWLY REMODLED! Main Floor with no steps. If you love water and wildlife, this is the place for you! Fishing on the dock and you can pull your boat right up to the back door. TONS of wildlife, Dolphins and Manatee swim right up to the dock. Dock is lit at night, watch the sea life. Tigertail Beach close by! Spend time relaxing next to the water on your private deck, overlooking dock, pool and intercoastal waterway-a dream come true! Awesome Walking Paths for your morning stroll! Unit is fully stocked with everything you need, includes Washer Machine and Dryer. NON SMOKING UNIT, only in designated area.

BOATERS: Our condo is PERFECT for boaters, you literally dock up steps away from the back patio and back door of the condo! The boat fees are $7.50 per foot for the week. The public boat launch ramp Collier Boulevard Boating 3620 Collier Blvd. is not far from the condo by water, it is located on the North end of Collier Blvd., just before the Isle of Capri bridge and north of the Marco Island bridge (right before you come onto the island). They should have ample boating parking.

The house is absolutely beautiful, the entire community is gorgeous and super well maintained! Our hosts have been amazing and checked in with us during our stay, answered all questions and even recommended us places to check out. The dock was perfect for our boat and the location was just as great. We’re 5 minutes from sandbars with blue water and people of all ages. I recommend this place 10000%!!!

April Fishing Trip

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love this place. We can fish off the dock, there are restaurants in walking distance, it's quiet and is just a great place to unwind. We love watching the boats go by, seeing dolphins play and seeing manatee. It's a perfect size for us.

Happy days

This property was ideal for our needs and was very well maintained. It had everything for a comfortable holiday. The host was excellent in keeping in touch and making sure everything was OK. Lots of fish were caught from the dock. Some spectacular storms were experienced. Another bonus was being able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Only disappointment was the lack of snook lights which are still being shown in the pictures of the property

Serene Escape!

My daughter and I enjoyed watching dolphins everyday off of the dock, swimming in the pool and relaxing on the patio! This condo was better than it looks in pictures, very clean and well decorated.

My husband Bill and I are hard working professionals that live in Omaha, Nebraska. Outside of work, Bill is a drummer and is in 3 bands (Church band, Rock Band and a Jazz Band). Kellye loves to grow Bonsai, Orchids and Garden, both are Wine Enthusiasts. Both love their 3 dogs and 2 cats. Kellye and Bill have traveled extensively and have been to 28 countries, including Tibet. Nepal, China, India, Morocco and throughout Europe (including Mt. Everest).

This is such a unique property, literally the pool is 10 feet from the back livingroom patio door and the water dock is 30 feet away, you have the best of both worlds! If you love to fish, this is a great spot, rest and relax on the dock or fish your heart out. Beautiful views with LOTS of wildlife, Cranes, Pelicans, Dolphins and Manatee swim right up to the dock.
