The kitchen is fully equipped and has a view of the water as well. There are flat screen tvs in both the living room and bedroom (smart tv in the living room). Extra amenities, such as beach towels and beach equipment are provided. Relax and enjoy the view from the screened-in lanai which overlooks one of the swimming pools and Marco Pass. The property has a lot of features including two swimming pools and two hot tubs, picnic tables and grills, shuffleboard courts, two tennis courts, and boat slips available to rent. There is also a marina with beer on tap, or purchase bait and enjoy fishing right off the docks! There are fishing poles in the condo for your use. Just down the road there is another marina where you can rent a boat for a day or hire a fishing guide. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance. Stop by the Snook Inn for dinner and enjoy their waterside tables and live music every night! There is something for everyone when you visit Marco, whether you want to relax, shop, or take on some adventure.

There are community coin laundry facilities on each floor. There is one conveniently located next to our unit (don’t worry, the sound cannot be heard inside our condo).

There is a parking fee that will be collected when you register at the condo office.
