Villa at Cedar Brae - Ocean Views & Private Pool

Perfect for a big ol’ family vacation or a girl’s (or boy’s) trip just wanting to enjoy your own private space - and your own private pool! Centrally located in Southampton, with all the local amenities available to you, The Villa is ready to be your home away from home. The Villa has a flat screen TV in the living room, cable TV and the most powerful Wifi the island will provide available all throughout the home! Air conditioning in every room will be sure to keep you cool, no matter the weather outside!

The Villa is ready for every rental need - short-term or long-term! So the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. You even have your own washer and dryer. Bed linens, beach towels and bath towels are provided. You have your own private breakfast patio with table and chairs, front balcony with dining table and - best of all - a gorgeous pool with sun loungers and comfy Acapulco chairs!

The Villa is right near the Fairmont Southampton Hotel (which is currently under construction), so you basically get a hotel/beach location at a fraction of the cost which is pretty amazing in the summer or the winter.

The grocery store is a 5-minute scooter ride away and is open till 10PM on most evenings. (Not on Sunday though! Only until 7PM on Sundays!)

There is even a late night take-out restaurant on the corner - not even a 3-minute walk away.

Must climb stairs - There are approximately 25 steps up to the front door of The Villa.

PLEASE NOTE: We have three security cameras on the exterior of our property only. Two leading up the walkway to our home, and one video doorbell at the doorway of our home.

Our host was very responsive to our requests. Initially, we had to change the dates due to a new flight schedule from BermudAir. We made extensive use of the pool. The layout of the home was ideal for our group of 7 adults and 2 children under 12. The grounds were well groomed and provided stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked to serve all our cooking needs.

The house, the setting and the views from the patios were exceptionally lovely. The pool was also a wonderful feature and the neighborhood charming. The only negatives were a single towel per person for a 4 night stay and the outdoor areas could have been much cleaner. The simple (& typical) gesture of having extra towels for the convenience of guests would have been very much appreciated.

We were two families, a total of 9, visiting Bermuda for the first time. The house provided ample space and comfort for all of us. Lots of neat areas to retreat and enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. Would definitely recommend!

Villa at Cedar Brae was a beautiful getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of options for outdoor dining, including an upper veranda with spectacular sunset views over the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to eat in for a night or two.We were a quick scooter ride to all the best beaches. Horseshoe Bay, Jobson’s Cove, and Elbow Beach for snorkeling. Found a hidden gem called Whale Bay beach 10 minutes from the Villa.You can walk to Water Lot Inn which is amazing with impeccable service, but very pricey. Wok Express right around the corner is a less expensive option for take out food. Lots of options there.Host was very responsive and quick to help us. The pool was a game changer. Great happy hours lulling around the salt water pool below the palm trees.Great place! Loved it!

Great stay for a family!

We had a great visit. Our family had 5 adults and one six year old. The location was great, there was plenty of space for all of us and the sunsets were amazing! Our six year old loved the pool (as did the adults), and the air-conditioning was welcomed as it was quite hot and humid while we were there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Amazing stay at Villa at Cedar Brae!

We had a truly amazing trip to the Villa in August 2023. The property was just as described. Very clean and spacious, all the supplies we needed and I can"t say enough about the views! Just stunning. I came with my husband, 7 yr old daughter, my sister and my parents and we had an amazing time. Can't wait to go back!!

EXCELLENT HOME AND LOCATION!!!!!

This home was in great location. beautiful views as well. house was clean. grocery store was a 5 min walk, Wok express food is great! less than 1 min walk to it. Great access for chargers for our yoyo and twizzy. our family and friends will be coming back for sure! 10 out of 10 for us!

Awesome property

The Villa was awesome. Having a pool was great. The accommodations were clean and as described. The property was way bigger than we expected. The only challenge was getting taxi service on Middle Rd. Suggest learning the bus schedule and buying bus ticket books. Spanish point’s Admiral’s Cave and Clarence Cove were a great find.

Perfect Family Celebration

We brought our family of 10 to celebrate our 40th Anniversary.and this house was perfect! The many areas inside and outside the home allowed everyone to do what they wanted, our grandsons were in the pool every day. The 10 min.walk to the grocery store was easy and we ate many meals at the house as the kitchen was well equipped. With the bus stop so close, we were able to get to Hamilton, the Dockyards, Crystal Caves, and the beaches. The views from the many terraces were each so beautiful. Pavaune, the owner, answered all my questions and we loved the Villa at Cedar Brae!!

Home Away From Home

Couldn’t have asked for anything more! The grounds are spectacular & the villa could not have accommodated all nine of us better! Horseshoe Bay, our favorite Beach was in walking distance. A little up hill, but great exercise. Also, Wok Express could have not worked out better. Food delicious and they have everything you need from sandwiches to sushi and much more! Also, fyi, grocery store and Mr. Chicken are both in walking distance. We will be back!

It was just what we needed

We are a big family and the space allowed us to be together but not on top of each other. It is steps away from a great little take out restaurant that has everything you could want and only a 10 minute walk to a grocery store. The house has most everything you’d need but it could have used a little higher level of cleaning. It felt more like someone was living there and straightened up but didn’t deep clean like most VRBO’s. Regardless it met our needs and we loved the lovely porches and outdoor spaces.

Great Home for a Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week-long stay for my mother's 70th birthday. The pictures & description do not give justice to the size of the property, particularly the outdoor space - we had a blast cooking dinners at the house and enjoying 4+ different outdoor dining areas, our favorite being the elevated yard & balcony that overlooks the Waterlot Inn bay. We would definitely come back and stay again! Some pros and and potential areas for improvement that come to mind include: Pros: - the size of the space really is fantastic. 5+ distinct outdoor areas to enjoy. With 6 adults and 2 kids we always had plenty of room to spread out - The house was well equipped, which I know can be a difficult undertaking on an island - I appreciate that kitchen staples like spices, condiments, etc. were carried over from prior renters Areas for potential improvement - bath towels were a little threadbare and could use refreshing - the kitchen did not have many serving bowls/platters; not a huge deal as we could just do buffet style out of whatever pot/pan we cooked in, but it would have been nice to have serving plates & a large salad bowls, etc. - given the price, beach chairs & umbrellas to take to the beach would have been nice as not all beaches have rental options, but I understand that can present difficulty in tracking - the house was decently clean on arrival, but some obvious areas (like dark grime in the downstairs master bathroom) were overlooked/missed

Went with 10 family members and had the most wonderful vacation! This property has lots of different areas for sitting with coffee or wine. Beautiful views! A Villa with a View

Immaculate, intriguing, with panoramic views of the sound. Having cocktails on the aerie at sunset is not to be missed. There is enough room outside for a small wedding, with multiple terraces and patios, all with views. Our party of seven adults found our bedrooms to be each unique and comfortable. We had guests one night and cooked on a nice meal on the grill. Our issues were minor: the Olympics happened to be on TV, and we lacked the cable channel to watch it. The water pressure in some of the rooms was less than desirable. But overall, a wonderful place to call home for a week in Bermuda!
