Private stairless walkover makes getting gear to and from the beach a snap.
WIFI and Direct TV provided. Gas Grill. Outdoor shower!
Watch the sunset from one of 2 large decks. Full laundry facilities available in the home.
Easy walk to Coneheads 8020 for a burger or ice cream.
The first story (house is on pilings, so first story is elevated) contains 2 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and porch access, a bunkroom with a queen bed and 2 single bunks and a full bath in the hall.
The second story(top floor) is the main living area, kitchen/dining room a king bedroom and full bathroom. There is also a screened porch running the width of the house on the 2nd floor.

Nestled among single family homes just outside the state park gate on the north end of Cape San Blas, the beach is beautiful, with white sand and a west facing sunset, and it beckons you to relax, recharge and repeat!
What makes this property unique
There is a primarily flat, private beach walkover. The home has easy access to the state park just a block from the entrance gate. There is room to park your boat at the house and you will find a boat launch just inside the state park. Beautiful views and a peaceful setting provide the backdrop to a wonderful vacation from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!
