Enjoy a feeling of luxury and experience the convenience of the comfortable, spacious apartment on one of the most beautiful sites in Casablanca. The apartment is located on the edge of the city center and a few steps from the sea.

This apartment is for personal use purchased by a Dutchman as a base in Casablanca, Morocco.

The object is now also available for people who want to explore the city and the countryside, and after a busy day of varied experiences of being able to rest in a luxurious place of European level.

The building is located on the outskirts of the city center, in the Burgundy district and 150 meters from the sea. The Great Mosque is a 10-minute walk, the center a 20-minute walk. As the apartment is on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator) you can see the famous Hassan II mosque from the apartment. If you come by car you can park it for free in the private parking garage.

The property occupies 90m2 and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. The house is fully equipped with hot / cold air conditioning. The interior is luxurious and fully equipped with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. The apartment has a balcony with a table and 4 chairs.

The rooms are for 4 people. In one bedroom, there is a luxury double bed with two mattresses and two duvets. In the other bedroom there are two beds. Both bedrooms have ample space for luggage. A luxury inflatable mattress, which can be made up like a normal bed, can be placed for a fifth bed. Use of the air mattress for a 5th person costs 5 euros per night and can be paid for on site.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, good quality modern pots and dishes, wine glasses and cutlery. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.

The modern bathroom has a sink, jetted tub and toilet. In the entrance there is also the main toilet.

You do not need to bring linens. All necessary linen, including bedding, towels, washcloths, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen towels is included in the price and is changed weekly.

There is also a baby cot (free) and a high chair.

On your arrival in the apartment there will be a Moroccan manager speaking French and English. This manager (Abdeslam) is a personal friend of the owner and therefore a family. He will receive you on arrival. For any question or problem, please contact him. He and his wife will provide you with clean sheets, they also do the final cleaning which is included etc.

The apartment belongs to an owner who regularly resides in Morocco and was therefore not bought only for rental purposes. Everything in the house was chosen for personal use. The owner offers you the possibility of renting the house for a reasonable price, but requests that you take care of this place during your stay.

The deposit is fixed at € 250.00 per booking. The deposit you have paid as well as the amount of the remaining rent will be paid to Abdeslam upon arrival. Upon departure, the apartment will be checked and you will receive this money, if the inventory is adequate.
